DDave267I the charming Dublin this one hotel is well managed ,with large and comfortable room .location is convenient ,with shopping mall and shops at walking distance ,about 15 minutes walk to Temple pub and central popular district .

bathroom is not that larger ,indeed the shower is good ,warm. breakfast is enough and basic ,with good hours .security is good and always present . wifi easy with fast access . staff kind and attentive ,which is a plus
bar on entrance ground is convenient and reasonable on prices with many charging points (great value )

GGuest UserStaff were friendly, very helpful, and overall wonderful. Breakfast was very good. I was traveling some for the day, so the single bed bedroom was perfectly sufficient. Have a room for one for a slightly laser rate than a a larger room is an excellent option. Room had all the amenities I needed. View was excellent. Only knock is the constant bells from Christchurch cathedral literally a few hundred meters away. Bells can be charming, but I’m fairly sure they were ringing for 5 full minutes, then 5 minutes of silence, then 5 more minutes of ringing. It got a bit much. But luckily it was only during the day and I did not spent all that much time in the room.

FFitzrieSuch a gem of a place! Great location, very close and walkable to points of attraction yet not too close that you can still get a quiet night’s rest. It was also close to the car rental location making it a great place to start the trip.
Arrived Dublin airport early in the morning after a 16hour flight, we initially thought of just dropping the luggage and just roam around while waiting to check in.
Was so tired so we tried our luck and called ahead and asked if we could do an early check in, so we could at least freshen up. Lo and behold, they made it happen as the room was ready for us when we reached the hotel.
Truly thankful! The simple gesture allowed us to enjoy more of Dublin in the time we had.
Great service also at breakfast with a good spread and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again! 👍🏼

JJolly TkThe service was generally good, except for an issue we experienced with a staff member named Peter. Despite having a prepaid and pre-booked stay, we were threatened with cancellation because we requested to check in at 9:30 pm after receiving no response from the property. The automatic door was locked, there was no one at the check-in desk, and we had to ask another staff member to direct us to someone who could assist. Peter eventually came to help, stating he was doing so out of his busy schedule. I expressed that we would prefer to be checked in by the staff member assigned to that role, at which point he stated he would cancel our booking. When we asked on what grounds, he said he was the manager. It was an unusual and uncomfortable interaction, especially given that we were simply trying to check in to a stay we had already paid for.

One thing I have to mentioned since my flight is delayed, the hotel not agree to change and cancel, it’s ok for me, I told them I will check in like very early in the morning, when I arrived the reception seems they don’t know and it takes me 10-15 mins for check in and I was with my child she is very tired at that moment.
They are so strict 11am for check out time if late they gonna charge how much like 20 euro. Omg I checked in at 8:30am in the morning and take a rest , 1 hr and half they need me to leave !!!!!!!! Compare to another hotel I think they must offer you a late check out for the guest won’t be that MEAN !!!!!!!!! I was SO disappointed and I won’t choose this hotel for my next trip in Dublin.

The only defects is the bathroom extractor is not working and TV is a bit old fashioned and cannot watch YouTube etc.

IIkanbereseLocation was really convenient. Walking distance from the tram and bus stations. Staff were friendly too and assisted with helping to book a cab to the airport. Check in and luggage storage were smooth as well. However was a little disappointed on the room size as it was partially cramped. Amenities like slippers, fridge, etc were not available as well. Overall, good convenient place in terms of location.

GGuest UserI stayed at Russell Court Hotel and overall had a decent experience. The hotel was very clean with everything well polished and tidy. As many reviews mentioned, there are clubs below so it is noisy at night. I had expected this beforehand and I am a heavy sleeper so it did not bother me too much. The hotel even provides earplugs which is a thoughtful touch.
The reception staff were polite although they did not have a spare comb when I asked. The lift is extremely small and only really fits two people at a time. This is something to keep in mind if you are travelling as a family or with lots of luggage.
The room itself was clean although the bathroom felt extremely outdated. It was functional but the taps were oddly reversed. The hot tap was cold and the cold tap was hot. On the positive side the room had UK plug sockets and USB ports which was very convenient.
Overall it was a clean and practical stay if you are prepared for the nightlife noise and do not mind some dated features.
