"Ahhhh, you must make arrangements in advance. It’s really expensive at the last minute. The environment is pretty good. The first floor is a public area with a kitchen for use. You can make your own coffee. There is a storage for large items on the first floor. room (free but not responsible for loss) and a paid storage locker similar to a courier locker. The room has an independent bathroom, which is okay. Bath towels can be rented one by one. I didn't see any slippers. The location is relatively convenient, and you can go to surrounding attractions and supermarkets. The front desk is very friendly, hahaha"

"The hotel's location is great, offering a quiet retreat while being less than 100 meters from the main street, which is very convenient. The room was a bit small but still quite tidy and clean. It seems to be a designated hotel for tour groups, as many foreign groups were checking in. Breakfast was quite diverse; aside from being a bit noisy, everything else was good."

"I booked this hotel for my husband who was on a business trip and decided to come along as it gave me a chance to visit Dublin. Am so glad I did. I had a polished, gracious welcome, a lovely room (thankfully facing away from the main streets) which was quiet, stylish but most of all, very comfortable. I enjoyed the vibe in the lobby, it’s well used by guests as well as locals and the breakfast was generous and extensive. It’s always great when a hotel will continue to look after you after check out and my bags were taken care of and transport advice offered. Perfect stay!"

Enjoy the backyard with seating, a ping-pong table, BBQ facility, bike racks, and pre-booked car parking. Common areas include a dining room and lounge, where you can meet travellers, play snooker, foosball, and board games, or relax with music and drinks. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Fresh bed linen, power outlets, and reading lights for each bed. Hairdryers, irons, and board games can be borrowed at reception. "The chapel experience was quite nice, but there is only one shared toilet for more than 20 people, the same for man and women. Dim lights make the room quite private, we didn't see anyone, however beds are very close to each other so you can hear people snore and your bed shakes if someone staying in the pod next to you climbs on the bed. Moreover, as it's dark in the room, people obviously make more noise walking and getting ready in the morning. The top pod is much smaller than the bottom one as it needs to fit the chapels ceiling. The toilets were clean but very busy, the free breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly."

"It was a good stay. I'm looking forward for future stays. It is comfortable. And clean and suitable for busy travelers and workers. The pods have blue lights for sleep in addition to the white light. Lockers have their own locks . very professional and friendly and respectable staff . The bar is beautiful and they have music nights and gigs sometimes. The location is great and is right next to everything. I was able to show up to work within 5 minutes of leaving. They serve food and drinks. Didn't see any public computers for use. Overall exceeded my expectations"

"I stayed at Russell Court Hotel and overall had a decent experience. The hotel was very clean with everything well polished and tidy. As many reviews mentioned, there are clubs below so it is noisy at night. I had expected this beforehand and I am a heavy sleeper so it did not bother me too much. The hotel even provides earplugs which is a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were polite although they did not have a spare comb when I asked. The lift is extremely small and only really fits two people at a time. This is something to keep in mind if you are travelling as a family or with lots of luggage. The room itself was clean although the bathroom felt extremely outdated. It was functional but the taps were oddly reversed. The hot tap was cold and the cold tap was hot. On the positive side the room had UK plug sockets and USB ports which was very convenient. Overall it was a clean and practical stay if you are prepared for the nightlife noise and do not mind some dated features."

GGuest UserMy husband and I had been planning this trip to Dublin for quite some time. And when we found this beautiful boutique hotel online, we were so excited. As soon as we arrived And checked in, there was a lot going on in the lobby area, so it was a little overwhelming. We saw a lady at the desk, but we weren’t sure that she actually worked there because she didn’t greet us. Didn’t even look our way. It seemed like she had a general disinterest or disdain for us being there. I asked, “Is this the front desk to the hotel?” To which she responded in a monotone voice, “Yes.” I was shocked that this was the first impression of the hotel that we were getting. What made it worse was that my husband was told that we needed to put a card on hold and he proceeded to tap his card thinking that it was like all the other places we had been to in Ireland. But it didn’t work. Several times he tapped it and it showed nothing. He asked the lady, “does your tap work? Do you have tap?” To which she replied a curt, “no.” Mind you, she was standing there the entire time and could see the entire situation. This interaction was such a bummer, and this made our short trip to Dublin feel a little sour. To be honest, not all of the stuff was like that morning. We woke up to get a coffee downstairs, and the gentleman that works at the coffee bar was very warm. A young Spanish speaking man. He was absolutely amazing; patient and willing to answer any questions About the items on the menu And the different pastries available. Overall, the hotel was a mixed bag. It had a very chic vibe but outside of that lovely gentleman, their customer service can definitely improve!
