Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement. Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.

Google maps took me on a long way to the hotel along a goat track . When you can get there faster from the over head bridge thats next to the (goat track) dirt road that leads out to the break wall point and walk down the path on the side of the bridge down to the bottom road that goes under the bridge . TUrn left at the bottom road .. Then the hotel is only a few meters down towards the beach .

...we are Felicia and Biagio and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it is simple but has everything you need, then the management is there for us who stay to feel at our best and respond to every need, compliments, the breakfast is made of 50% homemade products, fresh fruit and the rest portioned, but I would say well...staying in this hotel you will feel at home, or better...

Excellent location, helpful staff, they even changed my room to what I thought would be a more quiet one. Low price. And this is the problem, it attracts bottom of the market clientele. With no soundproofing, you hear everything and guests returning to their room at 2an acting as if it was 2pm won't cut it. My pet hate was having to listen to other quests urinating. Bathrooms are private, the noises are shared. I will pay more next time, promise.
