The Powder House in was a quaint and peaceful B & B and a fantastic location. I could walk to everything. The owner was kind enough to make a breakfast that I could actually eat with my allergies. Enjoy your time in St. Augustine.

We absolutely loved our stay!!!
Surfside room was decorated so cute and very clean. The pool was warm for our cooler day and the hot tub felt amazing. Perfect spot, so close to the ocean.
The breakfast was delicious and Amanda & her co-worker were so nice.
Definitely can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming, not big but convenient, free parking, the room does not include breakfast, but the free coffee in the lobby is very good, the biscuits in the afternoon are also delicious, next to publix and CVS, and very The delicious restaurant is just a stone's throw from the TPC Stadium, which is really convenient for playing.

We wanted to spend a few days in the St Augustine area. This was perfect. It had its own beach. Super friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the morning. Chairs and umbrellas you could rent for the beach. Very convenient. I would stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed in room 9. It’s a strange small layout. The sitting/living room was too small for the big screen TV ,so we stayed in the bedroom wich had its own TV. The bed was great, very comfy. The bathroom is about the size of an RV bathroom. The toilet is very low. Folks with bad knees or issues standing will have problems getting upThere is

beautiful hotel and food was good although we saw two couples leave angry because of more than a 30 minute wait for breakfast. staff present were doing their best but the kitchen staff couldn’t keep up with orders
from my personal viewpoint, my only complaint is the additional $25 per night for parking. it feels like just another way to squeeze the customer

Guest UserService was ok. Requested a wine opener from the front desk. Was told to get one from the bistro. Went to the bistro was told I had to go back to my room on the 4th floor and bring the bottle of wine down so they would open it. Could not give me a wine opener to use during my stay. Big market for stolen wine openers I guess. Other than that shower head covered in mold. No other issues. Definitely a three star hotel with no aspiration of moving to the next level.

Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable.

The room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
