Night nudle is excellent!! A plenty of foods are available in the morning restaurant and tastes are very good. Shpping center is located next to the hotel, very convinient to buy and eat something.

Cleanliness: The hotel's signature fragrance is pleasant upon entering, and the hotel and rooms are brand new and spotless! Service: Every staff member was friendly and proactive in providing assistance. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I even bought two at the front desk before leaving. The brand-new hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shajiabang had excellent facilities, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive. The surrounding area was quiet and convenient, and I would definitely stay at Atour again next time I'm in the area.

The staff even with limited english were amazing. They helped us navigate a problem we faced while traveling. They were extremely patient and understanding. The cleaning service was also really efficient. The room was quite nice as well.

The second stay, it feels very good. The hotel is on the edge of the Yangtze River, with fresh air and cool green plants around the hotel. The environment of the hotel is very powerful, and it has always been the place to enjoy the stay. The hotel did not increase the price during May 1st, the service was intimate, the family room was booked, and the front desk saw that we were three people staying at the check-in. We also sent a breakfast coupon for free. We would like to praise the hotel's humanized service. We will come to Changshu in the future and give priority to this hotel.

The hotel is relatively close to the Shajiabang scenic area, and it only takes 30 minutes to walk there. The hotel environment is good, with a beautiful koi pond. It is also relatively clean. There is no multi-hole socket provided at the front desk. This is quite backward. The bathroom still has a bathtub shower. If you encounter an elderly person, climbing in and out, it feels unsafe. The hotel has dinner, but many dishes are gone around 7 o'clock. Pay attention to less salt, and the dishes are still salty. The steamed white silk fish is very good, and my family praised it unanimously. The hotel service is quite good. The earrings were left at the hotel. After calling, the front desk helped to express it.

The location is decent, and the room is reasonably priced. It's a good choice for a trip during the Dragon Boat Festival, as it's relatively close to attractions. The receptionist was very helpful, introducing many nearby attractions and restaurants, as well as detailed directions to nearby shops and routes. Breakfast was average, but at least filling. The prices in the surrounding area were surprisingly affordable, so much so that I later drove all the way from Shanghai to do some shopping. It's very close to the museum, Yanzi Tomb, and Zeng Zhao Garden; just across the street from the Fangji Beef restaurant and the ready-made food stall next door are a perfect match!

You must control the direction of the shower head when you hold it in your hand, otherwise it will happily rush out. Environment: Great, very satisfied with this. It's located in the downtown area, close to Fangta Garden, Zhaoyuan Zengyuan, and Confucian Temple, especially Fangta Garden, which you can walk to. In addition, there are Yaohan, Qinhu, and Impression City nearby, which are very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. Yaohan is a place where you can take a walk at night. Service: Good, timely response to requests, and positive and enthusiastic attitude. In short, if you want to visit the attractions in the city, it is highly recommended to stay here.

This is an old hotel that opened in the 1980s. It used to be a state-owned guesthouse (of course it was later restructured). It is located at the foot of Yushan Mountain, opposite the Tomb of Yanzi. It used to be high-end, but now it is not expensive. I tried it. The old decoration from more than ten years ago is a bit outdated, and the service and reception are a bit Buddhist, especially because the outdoor temperature is 25°+ at noon and the room is a bit stuffy with the sun shining from the west. I found that the air conditioner could not be used and thought it was broken. I contacted the hotel and they said that they had uniformly disabled air conditioning, saying that it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioner in this season. They didn't even provide ventilation function. So I was stuffy in the room with my children for the whole afternoon, and it didn't get cooler until the sun went down in the evening. This is the first time I encountered a big hotel that does not allow guests to use air conditioning. There are also many damaged decorations or old facilities that have not been repaired. Even the towels are spread out and they continue to use them. It's really frugal. Maybe they lie down to save costs, or maybe it's because they mainly do business or group reception and don't pay much attention to personal user experience. There is a swimming pool and gym in the annex building, but you cannot enter directly by swiping the room card. Guests have to go to the front desk to exchange for a paper ticket before coming back. There were no towels or tea inside, so I had to run back to the room in despair to take a shower. The user experience is quite different from that of new hotels outside.
