From the very beginning to the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay.
Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease.
The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean.
One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. It added a sense of warmth and hospitality that you don’t often find, especially in scenic-area accommodations.
Throughout our stay, the host remained available and attentive without ever being intrusive. Whether we needed advice on sightseeing routes, dining recommendations, or small practical help, everything was handled patiently and efficiently. You truly feel that the host cares about your experience, not just about running a business. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but staying here made everything feel effortless.
The location is another strong advantage. Situated near Huacheng Temple, the homestay is in a quiet area that feels removed from crowds, yet it’s still very convenient for visiting key temples and attractions. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination.
What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay.

WwjslcpJiuhua Mountain prayed for blessings for three days and two nights. The night before departure, we booked Huazhushe. Jiuhua Mountain Suli Zhuyunjian B&B. The location of the B&B is very strategic, yet it is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is very close to Dayuan Cultural Park, Jiuhuashan Visitor Center, Guanyin Temple and other attractions, and it only takes 5-10 minutes to drive. Xiao Wang at the front desk was handsome and enthusiastic. He not only helped us upgrade the room type, but also carefully prepared lunch and dinner for us. Since the living and dining environment is particularly suitable for our family's preferences, we stayed at the B&B for three days. In addition, parking at the B&B is also convenient and there are new energy charging piles. On the way back, I dropped off a sweatshirt, and the hotel also helped deliver it. I will choose Zhuyunjian B&B next time. 😊

The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always smiling. It was my first time experiencing their special manager service, and I want to thank the lovely manager for personally driving us to the scenic spot – her driving skills were impressive! This stay exceeded my expectations!

GGuest UserI rarely stay at IHG hotels, usually booking through Trip.com occasionally. This stay, however, really showed me what personalized service means. The Holiday Inn is a newly opened hot spring resort, and the facilities are comprehensive, with advanced washing machines and dryers, and even ironing equipment – very thoughtful. Mia at the front desk was incredibly nice; she gave us hot spring passes and breakfast for the child. When we couldn't get a taxi back to the hotel to pick up our luggage before catching our high-speed train, she specially arranged for a hotel car to pick us up, which was a huge help. It truly elevated my Jiuhua Mountain experience! I'll definitely be staying at IHG hotels more often in the future.

They readily offer pick-up and drop-off services whenever needed. The place is spotlessly clean. Dinner in the courtyard was incredibly enjoyable, followed by several delightful rounds of tea. This trip to Jiuhua was truly perfect. Many thanks to the owners; we'll definitely be back!

We arrived by high-speed train, and the hotel arranged a pick-up for us directly from the scenic area's entrance. On our departure day, we could leave our luggage at the front desk. Later, after we came down from the mountain, a simple call to the hotel was enough, and they sent staff to deliver our luggage to us. Highly recommended.
