This is my 1st trip in china. before coming to china I'm quiet negative about this place but after visit jiuhuashan especially the homestay there I totally love it. this is the place I STRONGLY recommended. this homestay it make me want to come back again. GGuest UserA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

GGuest UserI stumbled upon this guesthouse by chance, and the incredibly affordable price surprised me. The rooms were very clean and had excellent soundproofing. The standard room even had a 1.5-meter double bed – it felt like a real gem! Traveling with a child, I wasn't worried about the bed being too cramped. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even drove me around to pick me up from the nearest place. This will definitely be my first choice for a future stay.

The boss is nice, the accommodation is clean, there is an electric toilet and central air conditioning. The courtyard is clean and the food is good. It is worth recommending. It is not far from the tourist center and the owner even sent us there. Helicopter experience. Not bad for 399 for a few minutes. This trip was a success

Hospitable service, very helpful in explaining the tour route and answering queries. Good location for non driving tourists as the attractions are close by, buses are also within walking distance. Room as per the official photos and they've kindly provided tea set. Front terrace is great for drinking coffee and watching the world pass by.

We stayed for two nights. On the first day, we visited Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park, located at the foot of Mt. Jiuhua, before checking in to our hotel at the Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. The following day, we visited the key temples and explored Jiuhua Street. On the third day, we visited the Heavenly Terrace Scenic Area, specifically Tiantai Temple. We were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room to enhance accessibility for elderly guests, as well as their helpful advice on executing our plan. Also for arranging private transportation and providing pick-up/drop-off services. The only disappointment was the lack of variety at the breakfast buffet.
