GGuest UserThe service of the lady at the front desk was very good and I was very satisfied. If I ordered takeout, it would be delivered quickly. She would greet me when she met me on the road. She was very polite. When I checked out, she told me not to catch a cold because it was hot outside. She gave me a bottle of mineral water, which was very heartwarming. The smell in the lobby was good. I asked and found out that it was the unique aromatherapy smell of Atour. It was very fragrant. I will choose Atour to stay next time

GGuest UserOverall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.
Other things are pretty satisfactory.

This time I stayed at Cixi Atour, the whole experience was directly full. From entering the door to leaving the store, every detail was high-end and attentive. It was definitely one of the most comfortable Atours I have ever lived in!
I want to focus on the fish egg lady at the front desk! Her service is simply the enthusiasm and professionalism of the ”textbook level”! As soon as I entered the door, I smiled and greeted me, handed over warm tea, and instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. Check-in is efficient and smooth, actively and meticulously introduce hotel facilities, breakfast time, and also intimately recommend the surrounding food and travel routes. The whole process is patient and gentle, making people feel kind.
If you have any needs, you will always respond promptly, have a sincere attitude, deal with problems professionally and efficiently, and always have a warm smile on your face, which makes people feel like spring breeze. She interprets Atour's concept of ”human warmth” with the ultimate service. She is gentle and powerful. It is the most eye-catching business card of this hotel!
Hotel hardware is also impeccable! The environment is elegant and quiet, the lobby is full of book fragrance, and the design is simple and advanced. The layout was warm, the bathroom was super large, and there was a cloakroom. The family room was very friendly for parent-child travel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!
