The front desk service is thoughtful and meticulous, the location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is great. My entire stay was comfortable and I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

Во-первых в предпочтениях я указывал, что хотел тихую комнату. Мне почему-то выдали комнату, у которой окна на шумную улицу с очень активным трафиком, где едут грузовые автомобили с самого утра до самого позднего вечера, а звукоизоляция окон желает лучшего. Во-вторых в буфете на завтраке был очень скудный выбор фруктов и овощей - только помидоры и крупно нарезанные огурцы - насколько я помню, раньше выбор был гораздо больше. На чистоту комнаты нареканий нет, но в душевой геля для душа было очень мало, почти на донышке - пришлось экономить. Видимо, за этим следят только ”по запросу”.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was very friendly, and there was tea while waiting for check-in, which tasted pretty good. It's very convenient to eat around, and the hotel has its own parking lot. Easy to get in and out. The room is simple and comfortable, very clean, and the location of the room is very quiet, which is very suitable. There is also Heming Ancient Town nearby that you can visit. Hot water was provided when you left the hotel. It is a very cozy hotel. Will come next time.

RroʊmæntɪkThe front desk service was very welcoming, the room arrangements were excellent, the soundproofing was superb, and the room was very clean and tidy. There was ample parking available at the entrance and back, and a card was required to access the elevator, ensuring a high level of security. We even had a robot deliver our takeout order. The hotel was very well-maintained, and the front desk even provided us with ice cream and chilled bottled water – a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. I would definitely consider staying at Duogao again next time I visit Zhouxiang, and I hope they continue to maintain this level of service.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

The hotel building is quite stylish, at first glance it is an old serious hotel with its own parking lot. The room was also very clean. 700 meters walk nearby is Shanglinfang Pedestrian Street. There is a super lively night market at night, many snacks, and you can also go to the shopping mall. It is recommended to come to Cixi to play here.

GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is quite high for this price, but the service is average. I wanted to renew my room, so I asked the front desk. The front desk said there were a lot of people making reservations, so they called me at 12 o'clock. So, do you think I should bring my pile of luggage with me or not? Let her check in the background to see if there is any extra. Yeah, I was surprised when they said they couldn't watch it backstage. Why couldn't they watch it? I didn't force it if it couldn't be continued. I just felt that this attitude was really annoying.

CCarolinemiaomiaoI was woken up in the middle of the night by a noise similar to that of a washing machine. The noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. I was very sleepy but couldn't fall asleep. I don't know if you have ever experienced that feeling, it's really painful. I couldn't sleep all night just listening to this sound and the sound of the elevator door opening and closing. I asked the staff for feedback in the morning and they said it could be the sound of mahjong playing in the chess and card room next door, or the sound of laundry upstairs, or the sound of the wind. This room is really full of buffs. The sounds of elevator, mahjong and laundry are all pleasing to the ears. Their solution was to upgrade the room next time I come. Well, there won't be a next time. I'm so scared.
