Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing. Some points that I'm not very satisfied with: 1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers. 2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves. 3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it. Other things are pretty satisfactory.

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

The room is in very good sanitary condition, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel facilities are very complete. The parking lot is also very convenient. We came to fish and booked a room with a balcony and a hot tub in the yard. However, the hot tub was quite dirty and no one came to clean it, so the kids didn't get to use it, which was disappointing. The fishing was okay, and the room was fairly comfortable. There's an outlet mall nearby where you can eat, shop, and visit a National Geographic exhibition hall.

The guy at the front desk has a good service attitude, the location is good, and there are many choices for breakfast, which suits my taste. It is very convenient to go out, and the location is great. When checking in, the front desk immediately handed me a bottle of water and fruits.
