"This was my second stay at this hotel. Xiao Xue at the front desk has an excellent memory and her service remains incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Even before I had checked in this time, she proactively sent a message and kindly arranged my room in advance. She also prepared a welcome fruit platter for the room. The service was incredibly heartwarming, making me truly feel at home. Seeing that I had luggage, she took the initiative to arrange for a concierge colleague to help take my bags to the room. When checking out, she also pre-arranged for a concierge to come to my room and assist with my luggage. The experience was excellent, and I'd like to express my sincere gratitude. When I come back to Hangzhou Bay New Area for business in the future, I will definitely choose this Century Golden Resources hotel again."

"This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Exceeding expectations of stay experience! The gym, swimming pool and golf are all available, and the room also sends fruit afternoon tea. The room was spotless, the bathtub was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The service staff has a good professional attitude and upgraded the room type for free. The local specialty snacks for breakfast are the finishing touch. Especially like the gym, recommended!"

"I can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it. There are basically all kinds of noodles, rice cakes, porridge, tofu pudding, and rice cakes. Western food also has various breads, cheeses, salads, and stir-fried dishes. The taste is also very good. Just for this breakfast, I have to stay here next time, haha"

"Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery."
