My previous review didn't align with the hotel's actual conditions. Pros: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The room was well-prepared with many gifts, including yogurt, fruit, and naan. So, the service deserves a 5-star rating. Cons: 1. The bathroom and sink area in the room didn't have a wet/dry separation and were too small, only accommodating one person at a time. You couldn't even walk past the bathroom with the door open. 2. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, possibly from the drainage system, which made the stay very uncomfortable. 3. There were too many group guests, and by 9 AM, breakfast was completely gone with nothing replenished by the hotel. I was really conflicted when choosing a hotel and compared several before picking this one based on reviews. I regret it now. I guess the positive reviews were all about the service, but the facilities are genuinely poor.

Although the manager apologized and bought me some snacks, this was the first time I'd experienced something like this, and I'll never use hotel toiletries again. Someone must have tampered with my shampoo bottle; what I squeezed out wasn't white, but the bottle was full of white stuff. My good mood for the trip was completely ruined.
