My girlfriends and I booked the Ji Hotel for our trip. The cleanliness was excellent as always, the location was convenient, the breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff, Xiao Li, were very attentive and responsible. They even thoughtfully gave us a small gift because we arrived late – we were very grateful. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The first time I went to Panzhou, I stayed at the International Garden Hotel. I felt very good and the service was thoughtful, especially the front desk Xiao Dong. He was very enthusiastic and made people feel warm. The room was large and the design was novel. The children entered the door! Very big bathtub, very happy, the bath is also ready, really intimate, a good choice, if you continue to choose the Garden Hotel next time.

The check-in experience was very good. The young lady and handsome guy at the front desk were very enthusiastic, considerate, patient and thoughtful. They answered questions about surrounding tours and food, and reminded us of the temperature difference. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the location was convenient, and it was as warm as home. I have to give it a thumbs up!

The room is very good. The quilts and sheets are very clean in newly opened hotels. I have stayed in many hotels. This is the first time a hotel provides afternoon tea. The toilet in the toilet is intelligently disinfected. No manual operation is required and it is flushed very clean. Facial towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer are provided free of charge. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich.

But when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the style of the lobby and the warm reception of the service staff. And our original room included a breakfast, and the old couple stayed in. After communicating with the sales manager, they immediately upgraded to two breakfasts for free. Staying for a week feels super cost-effective, rich breakfast, tall and spacious rooms, modern and smart facilities. Will highly recommend to friends. Super praise!

This 4-star hotel truly impressed me! The lobby is grand and elegant, with a spacious, stylish, and unique design that's quite striking the moment you step in. The room itself is also quite large and fully equipped with high-quality bedding. The bathroom is bright, clean, and tidy, featuring upscale amenities and a bathtub, plus a very comfortable sofa. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties like beef noodle soup or rice vermicelli. Service was excellent – they even upgraded our room! When we had a minor issue with the toilet, the hotel promptly sent someone to fix it. The hotel's location is superb, not far from major attractions, and taxis are easily accessible. All of this at a reasonable price made for a very satisfying experience.

You can tell the renovation was done with care – smart toilet, smart curtains, electric water heater, and all the facilities are brand new. The free airport shuttle service meant the location didn't feel inconvenient at all. Since there aren't any shops nearby, we just ordered food directly from the hotel. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering beautiful mountain views from the window and fresh air. There's no hustle and bustle here, just the sounds of insects and birds, and the mountain breeze. However, the round bed room was a bit small, and I felt it was missing a table. I have to commend the rocking chairs on the public balcony; they were super comfortable to sit in, and any photo taken there turned out great. Also, the Ling Shan Temple near the hotel is worth a visit.

The hotel is relatively clean and the garden parking lot is very convenient. The room is more comfortable and the supporting facilities are very complete. The only regret is that the hair dryer in the room is broken and can't wash your hair. I stayed at the hotel on the fifth day of the first day. There was no door opening around the hotel. I couldn't find a restaurant. I was soaked in instant noodles in the room.

The service and environment are good, but the supporting facilities are not up to par. There is not much for children to do here, just soak in the hot springs. There are not many open pools. We have a room with a private bath. Basically, there is nothing to do outside the room except in the room.
