This was my first time staying at a relatively upscale hotel. Upon entering the lobby, the book bar, filled with the aroma of books, immediately captivated me, instantly calming my mind and providing a moment of tranquility. Then, while waiting for the elevator at the coffee bar, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly ground coffee – very soothing. The room boasted a modern, stylish, and minimalist design, and the comfortable mousse mattress ensured a good night's sleep. Highly recommended! 👍

The room is spacious with a great view, and they even provide hiking poles. The entire room is equipped with smart devices; voice control is incredibly efficient. [Pingxiang Station pick-up] Shared ride limited to 1 person, booking 1 day in advance: One room includes pick-up service for one guest. I booked the pick-up a day in advance, and the driver arrived punctually at the station. Since I was the only one in my room, I got the car all to myself. Adding an extra person would only cost 30 yuan. It was so comfortable, no need to squeeze into a crowded car, making the whole journey completely hassle-free. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wugong Mountain! 👍

There are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation. Advantages: 1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. 2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep. 3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner. 4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate. Disadvantages: 1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on. 2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench. The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip. BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important. 2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain. 4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

This hotel stayed for the first time, but it felt good, the lobby was large, the room was very comfortable, the front desk service was very good, the room type was upgraded, the scenery was very good, the service was very warm, the surrounding facilities were very complete, and the parking was free, and I stayed for another day!

True pet-friendliness isn't just talk. The biggest fear when traveling with a dog is encountering a place where ”pet-friendly” is merely a slogan. But here, from the owner's advance communication (she also has a dog), to helping with luggage upon check-in and arranging a room with a private terrace, every detail was tailored to pets' needs. DouDou (our dog) played on the terrace and refused to come inside, which completely relaxed us; this feeling of being accepted was wonderful. Any requests (like ordering food) were responded to quickly and with a friendly, natural attitude, helping to solve problems like friends, making us feel very at ease. Moreover, the entire guesthouse is a separate area, so the dog can't wander out, making it very safe. They even include pick-up and drop-off at the Wugong Mountain cable car station. After a day of sightseeing, soaking in the bathtub in the room is a great experience. If you like spicy food like us, you can ask the owner for recommendations or ask her to cook for you; the food is authentic and incredibly delicious, and the arrangements are very thoughtful.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The overall experience was very good. The location is excellent. It is very convenient to Wugong Mountain and Sanbao. There are many parking spaces. You can park and go at any time. Eva's service is great! She also added WeChat and sent me the location of Xianfeng Sanbao in the park! It's really considerate! The hotel also has a 24-hour free gym, the room is very clean, the bath water temperature is comfortable and constant, the price-performance ratio is super high, and the surrounding environment is also very good. It is close to the mountains and the water, the air is fresh, and it is suitable for a walk by the river in the evening. The overall experience is very good and worth recommending.

Temporary hotel, the environment is very good, I like it very much! The location is excellent, the front desk Xiao Li is very fast, and there is no need to wait for the whole process. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, and the desktop and bathroom were not stained. The beds were moderately hard and soft, the room was soundproofed and very quiet at night. WiFi speed is stable and there is no pressure on the office. The overall price/performance ratio is far more than the same price, and I will stay here next time!

The Wyndham Wugong Mountain hotel is truly exceptional, located directly opposite the visitor center for convenient access. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with smart technology throughout. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including meat and vegetables, pastries, and local snacks, all authentically flavored and satisfying. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, the breakfast is of high quality, and the staff are gentle and attentive. It's a perfect place to stay before or after hiking, and I would definitely choose it again next time!

The hotel is relatively new but the hygiene is worrying. It’s rare to return to Pingxiang. I am really disappointed with my hometown hotel when encountering this kind of hygienic situation. I have never experienced this in hotels in so many cities. The table was not wiped and was covered in oil, as if someone had just eaten. There is also the card issued by the previous guest on the floor. Makes me feel like I haven't done any hygiene at all. I didn't put the shampoo, but put 2 bottles of shower gel. Drunk.

This hotel is located next to the Wugong Mountain Golden Summit Bus Station, a few minutes from the visitor center. Free parking is available, and there's a supermarket nearby with reasonable prices, making shopping convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby. The rooms are small, but the wet and dry areas are well separated, with the toilet, shower, and sink all separated. There's a small balcony with a nice view. Storage space in the room is limited; if you have a lot of luggage, you might not have enough room. The breakfast is average, with a limited selection, including soup noodles, cold dishes, staple foods, soy milk, and juice. It's enough to fill you up. Service: There were many guests when I checked in, and several people were queuing at the front desk, making check-in very slow. Although there were two staff members at the front desk, only one was handling check-in. More staff should be added to improve efficiency. Overall, the environment is acceptable, but improving the service level would be even better.
