XXiaoliuyoudian6The front desk offered a welcome snack: a box of milk, a pair of socks, a Year of the Horse pendant, and three candies. It wasn't a lot, but it was thoughtful. The room facilities were new, meeting the standards of a four-star hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was quite soft, and the front desk staff were very friendly. All the staff I met on the way were very welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

What a thoughtful service! There was no impatience at all during the whole process. It is indeed a well-known hotel here! It is worth it for this service! The room is clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet at night.

It was blocked in the commercial street for almost an hour, and I almost wanted to give up the reservation. It is recommended that the holiday hotel remind you not to go to the navigation road. There are so many roads to choose from. The front desk and parking lot staff at the hotel were very good, and the parking space was arranged in time, and the unpleasantness of traffic jams was eliminated in time. Needless to say, the surrounding area is delicious and good.

The staff encountered problems during the stay and solved them quickly. The little girl in the front hall was very warm to receive us. The smile service was very friendly. I could see that she treated every one at work. The guests are very serious and responsible. It is good 👍. The room arranged for us is very stable, the facilities are good, advanced and complete, the hotel environment is good, excellent, the room is clean and tidy, every place is clean and tidy, just as comfortable as returning to your own home, the hall is also clean and beautiful, Parking is also convenient. It is on the negative first floor of the hotel. Next time you come to Enshi, you will still live here [happy][happy]

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the pastoral scenery is pleasant, the air is fresh, quiet and comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, suitable for family and parent-child travel, there is a swimming pool open and a battery car, the overall comfort is high, very suitable for vacation and relaxation, people are happy physically and mentally.
The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, the staff is proactive and professional, especially thanks to the front desk foreman Wen Qiuying, who actively communicates in advance to assist in the check-in, giving people a feeling of being at home. Breakfast is also good and varied. Five-star praise!
