Didn't take much photo of the room we booked but it was excellent. It's located right next to a mall and there were plenty of food selection. The room was squeaky clean and spacious. They also offer free laundry service. Breakfast at the hotel is affordable serving fresh food but not much variety.

The hotel provides a Xiaodu smart speaker and motion-sensor lights in the bathroom, which were quite convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service response time was quick. The parking lot conveniently features EV charging stations that are well-managed to prevent gasoline cars from occupying them. However, despite having only opened in 2022, the rooms already feel a bit dated. The soundproofing is also quite poor; I could easily hear guests talking as they passed by in the corridor. Additionally, the windows directly face a very close residential building. There are only two elevators, and they operate quite slowly, especially during peak hours. While the breakfast spread appeared generous, the taste was rather ordinary.

The staff encountered problems during the stay and solved them quickly. The little girl in the front hall was very warm to receive us. The smile service was very friendly. I could see that she treated every one at work. The guests are very serious and responsible. It is good 👍. The room arranged for us is very stable, the facilities are good, advanced and complete, the hotel environment is good, excellent, the room is clean and tidy, every place is clean and tidy, just as comfortable as returning to your own home, the hall is also clean and beautiful, Parking is also convenient. The environment is very good, very close to the city. The hotel has a high floor and you can see Yuntian Cultural City. There is a swimming pool and gym on the sixth floor, and there is a cinema on the fourth floor. When you check in, you will get movie tickets as a gift. The front desk service is very good. I have stayed there so many times. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel with such complete service facilities. I still choose this hotel when I come here.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the pastoral scenery is pleasant, the air is fresh, quiet and comfortable, the room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, suitable for family and parent-child travel, there is a swimming pool open and a battery car, the overall comfort is high, very suitable for vacation and relaxation, people are happy physically and mentally.
The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, the staff is proactive and professional, especially thanks to the front desk foreman Wen Qiuying, who actively communicates in advance to assist in the check-in, giving people a feeling of being at home. Breakfast is also good and varied. Five-star praise!
