The property is off the beaten path yet is arguably the best hotel in the area. It overlooks the Ganges — view is unbeatable. Staff are amazing, especially Vipin, who took care of us during our stay. Don’t be put off by the odd way of reaching the check-in reception. They’re having some renovations now (Feb 2026) and will likely have a better one in the future!
GGuest UserThe Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming.
The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention. The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath.
Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members.
The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work.
In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.
GGuest UserMy Amazing Stay at DLS The Classio Hotel, Rishikesh* I just returned from an incredible stay at DLS The Classio Hotel in Rishikesh, and I'm still reeling from the experience! This hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away in the heart of Rishikesh, with breathtaking views of the Ganges River and the surrounding mountains. The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfy beds and all the modern amenities you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food, with a range of Indian, Chinese, and Continental options. And, the rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views. What really stood out for me, though, was the hotel's tranquil atmosphere. It's the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate, whether you're a spiritual seeker, an adventure enthusiast, or just looking for a relaxing getaway. *Rating:* 5/5 stars *Price:* Moderate to luxury (₹5,000 - ₹20,000 per night) *Recommended for:* Couples, families, spiritual seekers, and adventure enthusiasts. Would I return? Absolutely!
GGuest UserRooms are good and clean. They have central heater for hot water all the time. We just finished a trek and was looking for a good place to wind down and this place did that. Staff is helpful in providing info. It is a bit hard to reach the place as it is placed in a narrow road plus there are small boards to guide. We had a tough time reaching as we had luggage and it was raining. Recommended cafes near by: anna's cafe (south indian, cafe karma, shambala cafe cafes to avoid: beatles cafe, overall you can book the rooms for comfortable stay.
