GGuest UserFirst of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. This price is much more comfortable than living in Japan.

PpeterThe room is large and can open two large suitcases without any problem. The room facing the atrium is very quiet and you can sleep with the window open. The breakfast is very rich and the best we have had on this trip. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the city center, but the transportation is very convenient. Highly recommended!

DDee KariyawasamLoved my stay at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie! The room was neat and the walk-in shower always welcome. Lounge and bar made socialising quite a comfortable experience and I very much appreciated the extremely very buffet breakfast with plenty of healthy options and tasty treats. Would book a stay again in a flash!

GGuest UserNot a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the subway station and the bus station are out, there are supermarkets and paid parking lots around, self-driving and public transportation are very convenient, it is recommended to choose this one.

LLvxingzhenshipingjiaI am very grateful to this hotel for the best impression I have left. The front desk, restaurant, room service... are all moving. All the staff seem to be following the kindness and sincerity of the hotel founder in words and deeds. So this is the most comfortable hotel. The location is excellent, the palace, the port, the theater, the concert hall are all walking distances, and the various ride stations are very close. Next door is the supermarket. The front desk can call a taxi.

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

HHuanyoushijierenxiaoyaoAn old chain hotel in Oslo, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the Peace Square and the Royal Palace, but the double rooms are on the roadside, there will be noise when the light rail passes by, but fortunately it is very quiet from 11:45 pm to 6:30 am! If you want to rest early at night, it is recommended to stay in a double room inside! The buffet is quite rich! But there is no kettle in the room, you can only get it in the lobby if you want to boil water!

KKangnaixin10The room design is too bad. The one-person-high mirror protrudes 20 to 30 centimeters with a bracket. The back of the mirror cannot be used and occupies the already small space. The whole room is designed in the style of a fast hotel. The room and bathroom are still relatively clean and tidy, although the lighting in the whole room is relatively dim. The hotel is in a very good location. The main attractions such as the City Hall, the Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the Nobel Peace Center, and the National Opera House are all within one kilometer! Maybe this is the reason why the hotel price is not only super high, but the service attitude is super poor. There is a problem with a twin bed room. When booking the room two months ago, the request was clearly stated, but it was not implemented when we checked in. It seems that our request was made temporarily, and it was not solved in the end after staying for three days. The room was too cold and the air conditioner could not be turned off. After informing the front desk and agreeing, it was not solved after waiting for two days.
