"The hotel had great communal facilities, and I particularly appreciated the shared kitchen. However, upon check-in, we were initially given an attic room, which was quite puzzling. After contacting Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a much larger and more spacious room. On the downside, the staff's attitude was rather indifferent. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; there was constant screaming outside our window and car racing late into the night, so I wouldn't really recommend it."

"Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel.
The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything.
Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis. There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good. From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.
Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away."

YYezimamaThe hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are very well maintained. I was surprised, however, that a double room was equipped with two single duvets – a setup I actually found quite comfortable. The blonde girl with the ponytail at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I booked the hotel specifically because reviews raved about the breakfast, and I found it quite good. They even offered hot broccoli and cabbage, which was a nice touch for those with a Chinese palate. The location is excellent. It's right next to a lively commercial street, and you can walk to the Central Station, art gallery, and museum in about ten to fifteen minutes.

HHugo MartiresThe hotel is brand new. The rooms are not very big but they are very comfortable and spacious enough.
The breakfast is very good and one should not miss it.
The hotel is located in a quite neighbourhood easily reached by public transportation. There are not many restaurants and shops in the area.
It's not close to the city centre but the metro station is 10 min away and you can get there in 20-30 minutes.
Definitely a very good option to stay in Oslo.

There are a few things to note:
One throws garbage to be dressed neatly and with a mobile phone

Because I'm plain, slippers, back, locked out of the door
Second, wear neatly and bring a mobile phone in the room.

Because I was in the bathroom, the door was pushed open,
Cleaning staff made a mistake with my check-out time
Wear neatly and bring your phone at 2 am
Why?
Because the fire alarm went off, everyone left the building.
And finally, it's because Indian guys are cooking at 1 a.m.
What kind of curry do you make at 1 a.m.
The whole building is awake, so let's have a late night snack together.
And when they come, they will be safe.
You can laugh and cry.
It's all experience.

The restaurant manager will deliver special drinks at the table and ask about the feeling; The morning bus was scheduled to leave the store, the front desk arranged breakfast in advance, and the luggage was stored for free (it is very convenient to go to the fjord to play so lightly). The location of the hotel is convenient and the room is comfortable. The daughter's favorite Norwegian singer Aurora at breakfast was very happy. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity, it is highly recommended.

GGuest UserJust a few minutes' walk from Oslo Central Station. The room was a decent size. There's no kettle, and housekeeping is only every four days, but most people visiting Oslo are just passing through and usually only stay a couple of days, so four-day cleaning is acceptable. Breakfast was better than I expected, with meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables, and fruit. The staff were also very diligent about refilling dishes and clearing tables.

too many doors to open using the app. different codes for building entry and rooms. too much reliance on app to open doors (which often need more tries before it can work) instead of having digital buttons to enter premises.
low ceilings for hallways so it seems like a container house. good supply room for bath towels.
laundry area can be improved. only two washing machines (small one) and one dryer.
old style elevator, small - have to use stairs in between. so if you have lots of luggages...this place is not recommended.
