"The kitchen facilities in the room were a bit tricky to use, but the clean lady who tidied our room was very helpful. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, including a balcony. The bathroom is a tad on the small side. My only minor concern was the area outside the hotel, which seemed to have a lot of immigrants, making me feel a tiny bit uneasy about safety."

"Pretty good, the service was excellent. The room was a little old but I don't think it affected my stay; I slept really well. I stayed here for 3 days and I think it's quite good value for money, especially for an international trip. The art museum is only a ten-minute walk away, and it's also quite close to the station."

"The location was great, and I used the rooftop spa, which I enjoyed by taking a dip in the pool next to the birch trees and enjoying the view of the city. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options at the restaurant next to the building."

"In Norway, this food is expensive and average Renting an apartment is ideal. There are a few things to note: One throws garbage to be dressed neatly and with a mobile phone Why? Because I'm plain, slippers, back, locked out of the door Second, wear neatly and bring a mobile phone in the room. Why? Because I was in the bathroom, the door was pushed open, Cleaning staff made a mistake with my check-out time Wear neatly and bring your phone at 2 am Why? Because the fire alarm went off, everyone left the building. And finally, it's because Indian guys are cooking at 1 a.m. What kind of curry do you make at 1 a.m. The whole building is awake, so let's have a late night snack together. And when they come, they will be safe. You can laugh and cry. It's all experience."

"Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything. Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis.  There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good.  From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.  Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away."

"Nice hotel and right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop if you plan to take tram 12 to & fro from most sightseeing places . However I find the room a bit dark and lack of lightings. We requested for different smaller pillows as those provided in the room were huge to sleep on. Overall we had a very pleasant experience."

Cleanliness: Cleanliness was up to standard, and the room was quite clean. Environment: The hotel has some history, but the surrounding area is pleasant.
