Find 3-Star Hotels in Oslo

This hotel closed to all public transportation. It was inside the side street very easy to find. The room I got face the Opera House view which's interesting to see people walking up and down. Location was great easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Suprisely the breakfast area well organized and food was good. The check in and out very efficient. The downside was no house keeping. You can ask the front desk to get new towels that's all. Room was decent size. The shower floor need to improve. Hard to take shower not make the bathroom floor wet. Overall was good stayed.

Everything was clean, check in was smooth, I was put to a 5th floor, pretty peaceful, I sleep well. The blond woman who check me in was very nice she even offer to notes for me that my breakfast will be packed by 5am for me to pick up since I have an early train, I was in a bit of a rush to check out so I didn’t ask the man to check but I’m sure if I asked they would have gotten it for me. Will go back again

The hotel's location is great, very close to the Central Station. From our room, we could see the Munch Museum and the theater, both just a short walk away. It was also about a 15-minute walk to the pier, the National Museum, and the Royal Palace in Oslo. If you want to take the tram, there's a stop just a few dozen meters from the hotel. It's self-check-in and self-check-out, with computers and other facilities for self-service near the elevator. We didn't see any staff during our entire stay. For double rooms, the odd-numbered ones were smaller, and the even-numbered ones were larger (my memory of which numbers were which is a bit blurry, but there was definitely a size difference between rooms on opposite sides of the hallway). The only issue was that we booked with breakfast included, but the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and therefore doesn't provide breakfast. After contacting Trip.com customer service, a small refund for the breakfast cost resolved the matter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is quite convenient, but the room was by far the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It is genuinely difficult to move around: basically, you can either stand or lie on the bed. There is no space to properly open a large suitcase. Everything is extremely compact — the room itself, the bed, the sink and the bathroom area. For one night it can work, especially if you travel very light, but for two people with luggage it feels very cramped. During our stay, the hotel was also undergoing some renovation work. The flooring in the lobby was being replaced, so the common areas were quite dusty and dirty, and the corridors on the floors also looked messy. However, I understand that this is a temporary situation caused by the renovation rather than the hotel’s usual standard of cleanliness. On the positive side, the service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel mainly for a short stay if location and price are more important to you than space and comfort.

Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around. I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!) Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.

There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

Service & Check-in: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was absolutely smooth, fast, and welcoming. Room: Very functional and noticeably small. The biggest drawback: There is hardly any storage space or closets to store luggage and personal belongings efficiently. Breakfast: The offerings are solid in terms of taste and selection (okay), but the room was extremely crowded, loud, and bustling. For a short stay with minimal luggage, thanks to the great team, it's absolutely doable, but one should temper expectations regarding comfort and quietness in the breakfast area.

Apartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.
