Overall, this hotel is great and offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the service is good. The lobby on the first floor provides free cold drinks and hot water, but what I liked most was the hotel breakfast. The pastries were delicious, there were three types of fruit every day, and hot milk was available. The hotel's downside is the shuttle bus to the park. Although it's free, it only goes to some areas of Disney and isn't a direct route. It also stops at other hotels along the way to pick up and drop off guests, and it's often late. We only took the shuttle twice during our four-day stay, and both times it was delayed by more than 20 minutes. For the rest of our trips, we took a taxi to and from the park.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Stayed here for 7 days, the overall feeling is good, the room is clean, the bed is moderately hard and soft. There are many fast food near the hotel, and there are also convenience stores where you can buy drinks and drink slowly in the refrigerator. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney and Universal, but the time is very strange. The bus to Disney is more than 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is 7:05 in the morning. Go to Disney's Lyft, because I want to enter the park early. There are also hotels that do not clean the room every day. If you need to clean, you need to tell the front desk in advance. The hotel has 3 places with free self-service washing machines and dryers. It is very convenient to bring your own washing powder. Another small defect, the hotel is not very soundproof, can hear the sound of the next door very clearly. If you can, don't choose the first floor. There is a garbage bin on the first floor. Many people throw garbage. Very noisy.

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

The receptionist also responded politely! I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Thanks to my detailed concerns, I am really grateful to be able to stay comfortably. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

The inly thing I could fault was the signage to anywhere. There are none. We walked 30min. Round two hotels. For what should have been a few minutes cause once of the boat taxi for the first time no signed for lobby or anything. Same in morning sign to water taxi then no sign to say get life to floor one. Tbh this seems to a standard thing round universal. No sign or basic sign to everything toilets hotel rides. But have to say hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again. Ashley it early check in and late collection was very helpful

We had to come to this hotel because of my kid's soccer tournament. Not my first choice to be honest. Quality of towels, amernities were not that great but I must say the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Really good bunch of people and extremely kind. Fit for budget families. Small turf and pool and kids will have fun and at the end that matters. I will go there again for kids tournaments because of the service. They may not have the best towels but they have excellent staff.

The room was a bit old, but the air conditioning worked great. Overall, the hotel environment and location were excellent. Food delivery was very convenient, and getting to the exhibition center was a breeze. It's also not far from the airport. Having a supermarket, restaurant, and good room service right in the hotel was a huge plus.

The room was pretty spacious, AC was a bit too loud. The receptionists are very friendly, each guest receive a free and warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in and check-out. Beware that everything is kinda far away, the next 7-eleven is in like a 20 min walking distance. If you take a Lyft/Uber it will take you ~5 min.
