"We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a car rental pickup point, various restaurants, and a Chinese buffet. The facilities are also pretty comprehensive, including a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. The room itself was definitely a bit dated, but the front desk staff member who checked us in was super helpful. We got a second-floor room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet and had no musty smell. (However, I imagine rooms facing the road might be quite noisy, so it's probably best to avoid those if you can.)"

"Very convenient budget hotel. Room was large, allowed early check in. We only used it for overnight sleeping and getting to universal. It is as close to universal as their own resorts. There was some noise as the walls are thin but other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations"

"Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Rooms designed like a space ship.  If you stay at the hotel you get the right for early morning access to the parks (we stayed for one night and got it for two days), provided you have tickets for the parks of course."

"Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. I'm fairly local and have been to several of the hotels in Orlando."

"Hotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin."

"The hotel was just opened in 2025, and the design was modern and the room was beautiful. Universal Orlando and Epic Universe can be used early, and the shuttle bus can be taken from the front of the hotel. Universal Orlando seems to be about 15 minutes by bus and Epic can be reached on foot, but about 5 minutes by bus. We were crowded and never couldn't sit down, but I think it depends on the time. I recommend it if you go to Universal almost because there seemed to be nothing around. There was a server on each floor where water could be put for free, and I put it in a water bottle and brought it to the park."

"While the hotel itself is a bit far from Disney World and Universal Studios, transportation isn't a big issue as they operate a shuttle bus. (Note that resort fees and parking fees are paid additionally on-site.) The rooms are spacious, making it a great hotel for families, and I liked that there's a supermarket and a delicious ice cream shop within walking distance. (Many other hotels don't have walkable supermarkets, which can be surprising if you're not used to it.) The breakfast spread is also substantial for the price, and the fruit, in particular, was delicious. While many American hotels don't offer vegetables at breakfast, this one had steamed vegetables. There's no in-room teapot, but there's a microwave in the room, and hot water and coffee are always available on the first floor. Two bottles of water are also provided daily (many US hotels don't offer this). If you need slippers, you can request them at the front desk, and there are ice machines on every floor. There's also a laundry machine on the first floor, which would be great for long-term travelers."
