We had the most incredible stay here! The host was gracious and went the extra mile to make this place feel like home. The double shower heads were a wonderful surprise! Large, deep soaking tub was an added bonus. Walking out to an incredible view was the cherry on the cake. This place is one in a million!

Great hotel, very good location close to the shops/restaurants and wine farms. Room 6 was great very spacious and very comfy beds. One issue was the blind in the upstairs room didn’t work meaning we couldn’t close them. Apart from that lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

Nice Homely place just far enough away from the main town. Good size room with a nice veranda area. Attentive staff and manager to make sure your stay is pleasant. Would recommend this place.

upon arriving at the hotel the staff was super friendly. so helpful and polite and willing to help. the location of the hotel is a great and beautiful Franschoek. the room was okay it felt more like a Airbnb than that hotel. it was not what we expected and not for the price we paid. the room felt a little bit updated and they were some essential items missing. there was also no milk for your coffee and no coffee at all. if you want to order something you had to add an additional hundred rounds to get it delivered to your door. some of the things and the room let it felt outdated. the view of the parking lot is also not what was expected. the beautiful views were across the road in the hotel. The pictures was a bit misleading and disappointing when arriving to the room.

Мы были в этом отеле две ночи и это было потрясающе! После экскурсии на винном трамвае, мы поехали на такси в отель. Винодельня не большая, но очень уютная, комфортная и красивая. В номере нас ждала приветственная бутылка из вина. Была включена бесплатная дегустация из вин, было интересно и вкусно. Завтрак шведский стол, не плохой выбор, вкусно и сытно. Вечером можно поехать на ужин в Стелленбош, там много разных ресторанов на любой вкус, да и в целом погулять. Ещё мы брали массаж, это уже платная опция, но очень приятная и удобная, потому что делают прямо я номере. В общем всем рекомендую для посещения.

Beautifully decorated inside with all required necessities. The location is ideal for exploring the town. Excellently located near fine dining restaurants and wine farms.

Exquisite location with gorgeous views. The room had central heating which was very welcome in winter. Highly recommend the Spa - we treated ourselves to one of the personal journey packages and it was totally worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. However the rooms looked nothing like the pictures they changed the decor of the rooms. I was offered a different option that was acceptable, however they should definitely update pictures online.

Was impressed with professionalism, service & friendliness.   Management personal attention commendable.  Parking is a constraint.  Always remember to close lift door so guests not left in lurch.  Keep it up!! Raymond Thurston
