The staff we encountered are all very friendly and courteous too. We love the room and the amenities that came with it, including the cute turn down service! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

GGuest UserOur first night was in a large suite, which was lovely. We then moved to a standard room, which was also perfectly fine. The hotel's location is excellent; it's quiet yet only a 10-minute walk to D'Mall and Station 2. They offer airport transfers, which is super convenient and reasonably priced. Plus, there are plenty of tricycles right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around.
