Super beautiful hotel with a very good location. Calm but still close to the center. Very delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. Beautiful room and good bed. At the hotel you could eat to look very good and in a very pleasant place. It's a pity there was no place. The car was brought to the hotel, we were sleeping in the building above the main building, the newer part would be, there was also breakfast and spa. We will come back.

One of the nicest value-for-money stays in Strasbourg. Modern rooms, great locations, and an easy walk to both the station and Petite France. Not quite in the heart of the old town, but close enough while being quieter and less touristy.

One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

The service at reception was very good. We also had a small problem and it was solved very quickly and without any problems. The beds are very, very comfortable and for me that is always very important in a hotel. The location was very quiet and there were plenty of parking spaces. A 10 out of 10 for quality and price.

We had a great time in the hotel and are excited by the whole atmosphere. Even when check-in we were warmly welcomed, the staff was very friendly, careful and professional during the entire stay. The room was clean, modern and comfortable furnished – exactly right to feel well. The hotel was ideally located: quiet, but still centrally located, with many possibilities of excursion in the surroundings. We have felt well around and definitely like to come back. A clear recommendation for all who want to connect the rest with good service!

Чистый номер, удобная кровать, тепло, красивый вид из номера, умный телевизор, отзывчивый персонал. Пользовались прачечной: хорошие стиральные машины 3€ и сушильные машины 2€, оплата по карте, капсулы тоже лежали, там же был утюг. В бассейне очень теплая вода, но плохой график работы в будни с 7 утра, в выходные и праздники с 9 утра и всегда до 8 вечера, а мы обычно в это время только возвращались. Расстроил ещё график заезда и выезда, заезд с 17-20, выезд до 10 утра.

The hotel was nice and clean, great services in a quiet area. The amenities were not the most modern but everything required was there and clean. Very great stay.

Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪 But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

The price is very reasonable, the room is not big, the room was not equipped with soap on the first day, we bought a piece in the store, and found that the room was equipped with soap the next day, so remember to ask for it when you find no soap. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room, please remember to bring them, generally worth the price, you can recommend
