From the scenery and hotel design to the established, professional yet warm service (they even prepared an incredibly delicious Spritz with champagne for us upon arrival! Looking at the magnificent sea view, I was so grateful I chose this place), and the lavish à la carte breakfast reminiscent of European royalty (seeing it in person is absolutely stunning, especially compared to the perfunctory service of other five-star European hotels), everything makes you feel it's excellent value for money (initially I was a little worried about the price, but even my most frugal and picky parents kept praising it and started looking forward to returning for another family trip). However, be aware that this is an island made up of steps. Even as a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast, I was exhausted and questioned my existence several times while climbing the stairs (luckily, I booked a luggage porter through the hotel; you can see them in green uniforms as soon as you disembark at the pier, holding your name tag and waiting for you—don't skimp on this!). Also, there are many overpriced restaurants on the island (such as a sunset restaurant with high Google ratings that costs over 100 euros per person). It's better to eat at the hotel's LUNA restaurant. I regret going to eat elsewhere; the sunset and night views from this hotel are equally stunning, so there's absolutely no need to suffer elsewhere.

After successfully texting, you can only pay cash and settle with the hotel before returning to your country to communicate. 2. The food situation in the hotel, the pasta for lunch is too salty. Can't put luggage in advance. 2.positano The house is built on the mountain. From the pier to the hotel, there are many stairs and you will collapse under the hot sun with your luggage. The hotel can consider providing a paid pick-up service for guests to choose from. 3. At present, the elevator in the hotel cannot be used. It will be soft to climb from the lowest room to the main road. I hope the renovation will be completed as soon as possible. Overall, compared to the net red hotel next door, it is still good value for money. Other hotels at the same time are not good enough and more expensive. This is a hotel worth choosing in positano.

Eden Roc exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne in each room, which was a wonderful touch. Even better, everything in the minibar was included at no extra charge. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is spectacular, with an amazing pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The food was delicious, and the staff delivered truly first-class service throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Without question, this will be my hotel of choice every time I return to Positano. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The hotel room has a stunning view and the balcony is large enough. We enjoyed so much when sitting in the balcony. However it’s really expensive and you pay for the view. Also there were a lot of choices in breakfast and the environment is super nice. Since we stayed in the hotel early April and it was quiet and so we could enjoy so much in peaceful environment.

The location is perfect for travelers who want to play in the sea Just go back and forth in front of the sea. There are not many types of breakfast, but salad is delicious and there are many types of bread! I have lemon yogurt here, and it tastes like yogurt for the first time. I tried it and it's so delicious. The rooms stayed in a small suite and it's old Cleanliness is perfect. Really clean!
