"Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. It rained for the first 2 days so our moods were kind of dampened by the gloomy weather. Finally the 3rd day was quite sunny and we were thinking of leaving our luggages at the hotel tentatively after checkout while we go sightseeing around for a few hours but the hotel staff told us it was not allowed. So we had to leave Ito for Tokyo as our luggages were too big sized for the coin lockers at the lto train station. Also the hotel shuttle service is only for the period between 9 am to 1030 am at half hr interval."

"In fact, the hotel is very good, the environment is very good, the room is very beautiful, the toilet is super big, and it is very comfortable to live. But the disadvantage is that the traffic is too inconvenient, unless you drive by yourself... and dinner needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise there is nothing to eat nearby."

GGuest UserThe best hotel on this trip to Japan, love. Open the door, my friend exclaimed that it was the landlord's house 😄. Pure Japanese style, the housekeeper began to introduce in detail from the front desk, and came to the door to bring hot tea and Japanese snacks, friendly and comfortable. The private soup in the room is not too good! The room was delivered with snow muscle essence suit gifts, as well as small bags with kimono, which repeatedly reminded us that we could take it away as gifts. The slippers are wooden rafts, which is really a proper atmosphere. Dinner and breakfast are served in the room. The little girl waiter smiled and introduced them together, and they came up one by one, which was no different from the Michelin we had eaten. When we left, the waiter took the initiative to take pictures of us and printed them for us on the spot. The smile waved us away from the sight. This service and experience are really great value. If you go to Izu next time, it’s not here.

The only disappointing thing was that even though it was Golden Week, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the large building that had overwintered, and my child was bitten by many of them. It was a shame that he was covered in insect bites at the end of April. Mosquitoes also came into the room from the hallway when the door was opened and closed. I killed 10 of them. Also, it was a problem that the shower temperature in the large public bath on the first floor was 40 degrees and the lever could not be changed. Why don't they make it possible to change the temperature? My child said it was too hot, which was a problem.

MMINThe hotel is quiet and comfortable, that is, life is not very convenient, it is far from the convenience store, and it is basically a taxi ride, but the hot springs are very intimate and complete. Breakfast is also varied and the front desk service is good.
