GGuest UserStaff were wonderful. They held my luggage as I was very early for check-in and communicated via a handheld translator. The room was very nice and spacious with an absolutely gorgeous view to the city and surrounding areas. The private hot spring tubby on the deck was also wonderful as you do get the scene to the city and providing a wonderful ambiance. The food provided was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Now the caveat is the hotel is on a hill and unless you have transportation like a rental car or taxi, getting up there is a hike and more so with luggage. The staff also provided me with a shuttle to Itō station and some snacks to my next location. Oh and the wonderful picture they took and framed for me was also so thoughtful

GGuest UserIt was love from the first sight. Lovely and silent place that what you need after all the hustle and bustle of big cities. Hot springs are relaxing and food is delicious. Wish had more days there.

GGuest UserThe room is large, with a separate wet and dry toilet and bathroom. The hot spring bath is open-air, and mosquito coils are thoughtfully provided. You can also lie on a lounge chair next to it and watch the stars and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. The hotel is very close to the beach, only a three-minute walk away. I recommend taking a walk after a hearty breakfast.

NNuonuokafeiFirst of all, I like Ctrip’s efficient service. The hotel does not have pick-up and drop-off service from Ito Station. If you have a suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi for about 50 yuan. There are no scenic spots nearby and no sea view in the residential area. There is only a garden view that is generally neglected. Arrive at 2 o’clock. There was no reception at the door. Check-in started at 2:30. This hotel said check-in was at 3:00 and one person would check in. I was given a room first. I was shocked. I have stayed in ten rooms and never had a view. This one has no view at all, only the entire living room and bedroom. The window was half closed because there was no view. I immediately went downstairs and asked the hotel to change rooms. It was inconsistent with the order. The hotel said that there was no way. I immediately contacted Ctrip. I hope that the Ctrip guy can change it to a room with a large window. The view is still average, but I am very satisfied. The room is large and has an average size. There is also a strange Japanese-style sliding door that cannot be opened, which makes people think of bad service. And the food and beverage included in the restaurant is a bit lower than the average in the world. There are only two bottles of bulk water in the refrigerator for free. Other charges are not as good as the last time I stayed in Hoshino Kai Enshu Ito Kai. It is family-friendly and has a swimming pool with a cypress bubble. The other experience of the pool is very average. There are about a dozen rooms with half-windows and no view at all. It is completely meaningless to stay in such a room. There are very few rooms with a view shown on Ctrip. It is difficult to arrange for Hoshino World in Ito. The hotel is called Anzhen Express Hotel, which is the same but has a sea view. In short, the two areas in Ito are average. I used to make reservations frequently and was very disappointed last time. I only booked one this time and the experience was average. I just picked up a cheap hotel from First Line Sea View Hotel. Come to the room to experience it, especially the sea view is Inatori

GGuest UserOverall, this is a small but beautiful resort hotel with comfortable space and relatively complete amenities. The service is polite and friendly, and the food is delicious. The area is quiet, with a convenience store and a grocery store nearby. However, unlike many hot spring hotels, they don't offer shuttle service to and from the station, so you'll need to take a taxi to get there and back.

But the disadvantage is that the traffic is too inconvenient, unless you drive by yourself... and dinner needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise there is nothing to eat nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on a mountain golf course, making transportation difficult. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it's infrequent and difficult to catch. Therefore, you need to hike about 3 kilometers to get back to the hotel. Consider your stamina and the weight of your luggage if you're staying here. Those with limited stamina should be cautious. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, with only one bathing pool; it's hardly a hot springs hotel. Because it's located on a mountain, we recommend booking a room with dinner included. Dinner is a banquet menu with only two options, which change every two days. Drinks are extra and subject to tax, making them expensive. The hotel staff struggle with English and will need translation software or Japanese. The rooms are spacious, with windows that open wide, and on a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji.

The room is very large and has a large terrace facing the sea. It also has kitchen equipment for cooking, family gatherings, and hot springs. There is only one big pool which is quite overshadowed.
