"The breakfast was quite fresh! Hotels in Thailand can vary greatly, and prices are often adjusted haphazardly. You really need to compare different platforms frequently. "A great hotel for a stopover in Rayong, with wonderfully friendly receptionists. The room and grounds were clean, the beds were soft, the linens were crisp white, and the showers had hot water. There was a kettle and refrigerator. They even offered a small breakfast and a swimming pool. The grounds themselves were beautiful and green. The Central Plaza, Big C, and Macro shopping centers were about 1.5 km away. Thank you, we really enjoyed everything! If we're ever in Rayong again, we'll be back."

One of the nicest resorts on the island with the nicest staff attending to us. The rooms are more than adequate for our needs and the food in the restaurant delicious! The beach is quiet and not as busy as other places on the island hence the reason why I will be going back there!

Our stay was enjoyable. The beach is conveniently located just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The property also offers a small convenience store and an onsite restaurant, which added to the overall convenience. The location of the hotel was ok, Most of the restaurants, shops and services were a 8-9 minute walk. The room was decent, though somewhat small. I was not particularly fond of the door design, the automatic door closer made it difficult to enter and exit without fully opening the door outward or opening it wide enough and quickly getting in or out. However, I did appreciate the thoughtful “beach” amenities provided, such as slippers, bags, and beach towels. As well as the amenities. We rented a bike through them and the one day trip to the multiple islands which was an absolutely amazing experience and I highly recommend. Breakfast options were limited, but considering the size of the property, it was reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at Samet Cabana Resort on Ao Wong Duean, and it was exactly the tropical escape we were looking for. We booked the Beach Cabana, and we cannot recommend it enough. The Room: Staying in the Beach Cabana meant waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. Stepping out onto the porch with a view of the ocean was the highlight of the trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and had that authentic island bungalow feel while still having modern amenities (the AC worked great!). Being just a few steps from the water made all the difference. The Location: Ao Wong Duean is a fantastic beach, it’s lively enough to have good restaurants and fire shows at night, but much more relaxed than the busy main pier area. The water was clear and great for swimming right in front of the resort. Service & Food: The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of options to start the day. If you are coming to Koh Samet, do yourself a favour and splurge a little for the Beach Cabana. It transforms the trip from a standard hotel stay into a real beach holiday. We’ll definitely be back!

The resort room has everything you need. The bed comfortable and the breakfast choice extensive. I really enjoyed the coffee. The pool is also good and nice to cool down. Staff helped me to the bus with my luggage.
