"The location is prime, right next to Central Rayong, providing you with food and shopping at ease. The room is minimal, yet luxury. The price point is acceptable."
"Nestled on Koh Samet, an island with very basic amenities, Paradee truly stands out. It boasts its own secluded beach, far from the main street (a one-way taxi ride to the main street costs 450 baht and takes about 25 minutes). With stunning beachfront views and fine white sand, it's the perfect escape for a peaceful vacation after a busy period. The rooms have a very Thai-style decor; while not new or ultra-modern, the cleanliness and attention to detail are quite good. Breakfast is a buffet combined with à la carte options – though not extensive, the food is delicious! There's complimentary afternoon tea daily, with drinks and small snacks served per person. The hotel restaurant's food is excellent; the seafood fried rice, burgers, and banana pancakes we ordered were all very tasty! The staff here are incredibly professional! Every employee greets you with a friendly smile, and they're especially kind to children. The private pier transfer adds to the overall emotional value. I highly recommend that every visitor to Koh Samet dedicate two or three days to unwind and relax at Paradee."
"Nice small hotel by the beach (just across the street). Service from reception is superb. Room is neatly clean and spacious for a family of 3. Japanese and western breakfast provides enough variety."
"Some hotels give you a room. Kantary Bay Rayong gives you a feeling.
The moment you arrive, the warmth of the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and the bay view is the kind that makes you slow down and just breathe for a moment.
What makes this place special isn’t just the comfort or the location — it’s the atmosphere. Calm, sincere, and quietly beautiful.
I came for a stay.
I left with a memory."
"Near a shopping mall. Very kind parking attendant and receptionists. No deposit needed for room. We loved the room’s design. Has a separate toilet room with a japanese style automated toilet. Very big bathtub and also has a shower. The TV is smart tv so my son was able to watch youtube and netflix. Will come back here soon!"
"Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were exceptional and very attentive to small details. Plenty of parking and the Fitness and pool were really good compared to most hotels of equal standing. The room was large and very clean and had a microwave, chinaware and 4 complementary bottles of water. Small things make a difference and the room ticked all of my boxes. Breakfast was a large continental spread and tailored for all tastes. My only issue was the chicken and pork dishes were not to my liking, not good cuts and I don't eat skin. Most hotels including this one, have adopted coffee machines and without exception the standard is not good. Finally the access from the main roads to this hotel is pretty poor from Google maps and I was directed through Lotus s car park to name one. Overall I had a great stay and we are planning to return in the future"
