GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our room boasted a stunning sea view, and the facilities were quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. As a couple, we opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were extensive, enjoyed in a beautiful restaurant setting. The hotel also has its own private beach, perfect for snorkeling; we had so much fun seeing all the fish! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or from housekeeping. When we wanted a slightly later check-out, the front desk kindly registered us as members, allowing us to extend our check-out time to 2 PM. We also requested extra bath towels, and they were delivered to our room with just one phone call. At the restaurant, staff proactively asked about drinks, offering a wide selection of juices, sodas, beer, wine, and more. My husband ordered a beer, but I initially declined a cold drink. Amusingly, three different servers then came to ask me if I'd like anything to drink! Haha, such incredibly attentive service! All in all, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is truly wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!

RRafael OsorioThe Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

SShiori S. (zebanしおり)The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well. The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable. It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish. Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable. The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food. I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

KKaho ringoThe room was very spacious! However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦 The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor... This was very stressful. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly. The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.

GGuest UserIt's far from the hotel district and you'll need a rental car to get around, but it's close to the beautiful Ypao Beach. The facilities are small, but the rooms are spacious. There are four beds, a toilet, and two bathrooms. There's also a kitchen (with cooking utensils and dishes), so you can buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook.

GGuest UserThe moment I walked in, the smell was pleasant, and it was comfortable and wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. The bed was a little creaky and too soft, so I thought it might be bad for my back, but other than that, I loved everything. The ocean view directly from the pool was also amazing, and the sunset view from the passageway next to Starbucks was the most beautiful and amazing ocean view I've ever seen. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance!

GGuest UserAlthough we stayed during a typhoon, the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and we were able to spend a comfortable time. There is an ABC store next door, which is convenient for buying drinks and snacks. It's within walking distance to duty free, so the location is no problem. You can also walk to the beach. I rented a car and there was ample parking space behind the hotel, which I could use for free. The free Wifi in the hotel was a little weak, but it wasn't a problem. NHK was also shown on the TV. Recommended for those looking for reasonable accommodation.
