"I had a great overall experience staying at the Park Royal Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay for my Disney trip. (I initially considered the Hilton, but decided against it when rooms became available later, as three nights would have cost over 500 more in taxes, so I settled on this one.) The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are clean and modern, and the pricing is reasonable. The triple room I booked was comfortable, and one of the beds was convenient for organizing my belongings. The lobby features a charming wooden decor, creating an elegant and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel provides an exclusive shuttle bus service to and from Maihama Station and both Disney parks, making it easy to get to and from the theme parks. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is not an official Disney partner hotel, so the shuttle convenience isn't on par with the Hilton. The shuttle drop-off point isn't in the core park area, and if the shuttle is full and you can't board, you'll have to take a taxi back. The triple room was spacious and included a microwave, which was very useful for heating food. The front desk staff were friendly and the luggage storage process was smooth. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't offer bellhop service to deliver luggage to your room after check-in, a convenience many other hotels provide. There's a large Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing snacks and daily necessities at night. The shuttle bus has operational gaps, so sometimes I had to take a taxi to and from Maihama Station. The shuttle route goes to Disney Land first, then Disney Sea. On several occasions when returning from the parks, I couldn't easily find the pickup point and had to take a taxi back. If I stay here again, I'll need to meticulously check the shuttle schedule and stop locations in advance to plan my transportation. As an added bonus, I requested a room near the elevator, on a high floor, with a view of DisneySea, and the hotel was able to accommodate my request perfectly."

"The separate bath and toilet, plus the amenities, really uplifted my spirits! Among the official hotels, this one offers great value for money. And we were able to enter Disneyland a full 15 minutes early! Highly recommended for those who want to visit Disneyland. There's also a convenience store within the hotel, and parking is a flat 2000 yen until 5 PM the next day. The shuttle bus service to Disneyland is a lifesaver for families with kids too! So many great points."

"We were just looking for a place to stay overnight so we could get to Disneysea the next day without having to worry about catching crowded trains with commuters going to work. This was a cost efficient hotel and to our surprise it was much more well equipped than expected. Their lounge area had lots of microwaves and seats for those who want to grab some bentos from the nearby convenience store to eat. Best thing was there is a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Disney resort, making travel easier. For those looking for a place to stay, would definitely recommend."

"The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity."

"We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I stayed in a new wing room with an ocean view. There's a shuttle bus from Maihama Station, and a taxi takes less than 10 minutes (it cost 1200 yen). Access to Disney was also excellent, about a 15-minute walk. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom facilities were clean. Although you have to walk a bit to get to the public bath and spa, it was wonderful to relax my tired body in the hot springs."
