"The hotel ambiance is great, and the price is good. The rooms are nice too. Breakfast isn't extensive, but they do have *khanom krok* (Thai coconut pancakes). The housekeeping staff are lovely; you can get 4 bottles of water per day. The front desk staff provide good service. However, my departure wasn't as pleasant because of one of the staff members. It was raining heavily as I was about to load my luggage into the car, and I'd forgotten my umbrella. The staff member just stood there watching me without offering any help. Even a small gesture like offering an umbrella would have been appreciated. I can handle my own bags, but I had to run to find an umbrella myself just to get my belongings into the car."

"Great place, stayed right on the beach, with the water just steps away. Chill vibe, not overly crowded or noisy. Restaurant is excellent and staff is super nice. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is good, and the location is convenient, with shops, excellent cafes, plenty of massage parlors, and bike rentals nearby. The room was spacious, modern, and excellent, with everything needed in both the room and the bathroom. The safe was present and worked perfectly. The 50-meter swimming pool was wonderfully clean, with comfortable sun loungers and daybeds. There was live music some evenings, and a beautiful view of the shore. Downsides: 1. The breakfast buffet was rather meager compared to typical Thai options at hotels of a similar standard and price. For fruits, there was only watermelon and occasionally papaya. As for vegetables, there weren't even cherry tomatoes. There were no salads at all, and no seafood either. Over the course of a week, fish in batter was served only once. 2. The air conditioning was very noisy, but it cooled the room excellently."

"Let's start with the positives: The hotel environment is indeed very nice and beautiful. It's close to the sea in the morning, has a pool, and is conveniently located. Now for the main points, which led to a bad experience and a negative review: We didn't realize that to get to Koh Chang, you had to reach the pier and board by 5 PM that day, otherwise, you'd have to wait until the next day. While we were on our way, around 12 PM that day, we contacted the hotel to see if we could cancel that night's stay or postpone it by a day. The hotel initially refused, and even after we involved the platform's customer service, it was no use! Alright, so Trip.com ended up compensating us for part of our room fee, and we rented a hotel near the pier to board the island the next day. The next day, we arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and they still made us wait for the room to be cleaned. We waited for about 25 minutes before checking in. We found this very strange because if they didn't let us cancel the room we didn't stay in yesterday, and still charged us for it, shouldn't we have been able to check in directly, even if we arrived at 6 AM? What kind of cleaning were they doing? (We strongly suspect the hotel was double-dipping, 'marrying two husbands' so to speak). After finally checking into the room, the door was incredibly difficult to open with the key (after finding a nearby staff member, they helped us change the lock). We were already exhausted at that point, and then we couldn't even open the door, which made us even angrier!!!"

"”This resort is a solid choice for families with children, largely due to the pool slides, which are a genuine hit with the kids. We stayed in a standard king room that was well laid out and featured a balcony, though it unfortunately offered no view. The only maintenance issue we noticed was a faint, unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain. The beach directly in front of the resort is relatively small, but the shoreline extends for a long distance, making it pleasant for walks. While my wife had hoped for bluer water and whiter sand, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable. Dining options at the resort restaurant were average. Beyond the resort grounds, there isn't much to do nearby; you will need to drive to other destinations to find shops or better restaurants."

"Wonderful hotel. This was our second time here, and we'll definitely be back! We stayed with a group of 11 people, and absolutely everyone was thrilled! The location is on the best beach, it's clean, beautiful, the breakfasts are superb, and the staff are kind and responsive. Regarding the staff – I especially want to thank restaurant manager Jiraphan and the restaurant chef. They literally swam out in their uniforms to rescue me in the sea when I needed help. They saved my life. They are my heroes!"

"Excellent spot for an unpretentious beach getaway. My friends and I spent 2 days here. We really liked the hotel's location – it's nestled in a quiet cove on Lonely Beach, with only 4 hotels in the vicinity, making it quite secluded and peaceful. The atmosphere is truly perfect for a relaxed tropical vacation. Pros: The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach. The breakfasts are a definite highlight: extensive and varied, with an omelet station (cooked fresh for you) and excellent coffee, which isn't always the case in Thai hotels. We were also pleased with the room rate – quite affordable, even cheap, for this beach, plus there was a free cancellation option. The hotel has a clean pool, beach towels are available, and there's a lovely bar right on the shore. We took many photos of the grounds, breakfasts, and the bar – very atmospheric! Things to note: Yes, the rooms are indeed old and quite worn; a renovation wouldn't hurt. However, for us, this wasn't a deal-breaker: on a beach vacation, we spend minimal time in the room – just for sleeping. The main thing was that the air conditioning worked, there was water, and the mattress was comfortable. If you're similar, this is a great option for you. As for the location outside the hotel: it's quite a long walk to the night market and the local village with shops. If you don't have a scooter, you'll have to trek a fair bit. It's about a 7-minute ride on a scooter, so transport will come in handy here. Conclusion: This hotel is ideal for those looking for an inexpensive and cozy option right on Lonely Beach with delicious breakfasts, who are willing to overlook tired but perfectly functional rooms for sleeping. My rating: 3.5 out of 5."

"The Hotel has an excellent location with restaurants and supermarket nearby. My recommendation is to check in only in the beach facing rooms as the view is awesome. From other rooms there is no view. The beach is very rocky but you can walk up a few minutes and it gets better. I have given average rating only because of lack of basic facilities. There is no room service or in-room dialing. You need to contact reception through Whatsapp. Basic amenities like toothpaste, clothes hook, sugar, teabags, milk sachets are not in the room. Only limited coffee pouches are given per day. This is not expected from a premium resort. The breakfast is nice esp. the eggs made to order and cheese platter. Overall we had a good stay due to the location of the room. The management needs to just do a bit extra to make it a top grade Hotel"

"3rd time being here and it would be the last. Bell boy doesn't help cary out luggage but insist us to find parking first (this is the same procedure when we were there last 2 times). They refuse to offer kayak to us 3 times in a row claiming water too low. Kieangkai, the manager, also do not know WHEN they can offer the service!? You are there and not know when water is up? In afternoon when i asked for 2 hr they said no because of sunset. Why NOT inform me of operation hour? One receiptionist there even challenge back ”do you want to rent or not”. Next morning they let 2 customers do kayak in the morning WITHOUT life vest?! Claiming they lost phone. So yesterday they reject me of safety and this morning they prioritized phone over safety??? You guys ruined a relationship with returning customer who know how your business operate since covid time."

"Absolutely incredible hotel/resort, beautifully kept and it's own private beach with good sand. Close to everything if you rent a bike or if you get the island taxis anywhere for 50baht. Food in the restaurant is good though a little expensive Staff are kind, friendly and incredibly helpful Room was incredible, air con was great and balcony with gorgeous view Highly recommend!!! Can't recommend enough, closest I've ever got to paradise"
