"Choosing MGM Grand Sanya for my vacation this time was a 100% fantastic experience. The staff were all very dedicated and their service attitude was superb. They also informed us about the hotel's activities. The breakfast restaurant offered a diverse and rich selection, and the lobby atmosphere felt relaxed and pleasant. It's a very comfortable beachfront resort with a wide variety of evening performances. The hotel's special activities were genuinely great, and the popcorn was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back!"

"The room I booked came with a private pool, which was quite convenient for a quick dip when the weather was cool. There's also a kids' playground, great for bringing children and getting a brief break, haha. However, the room facilities were quite old, and there was a musty smell. Even after changing to another room, the issue persisted. The small pool was handy, and changing quickly meant not worrying about catching a cold. Still, it wasn't great value for money. Booking a room without a private pool would have been significantly cheaper. It would have been better if I'd brought my own bathrobe. I saw many foreign kids who weren't bothered by the cold, playing in the water early in the morning."

"Xiao Man's Service, a Perfect Holiday The biggest surprise of our trip to Yalong Bay this time wasn't just the breathtaking scenery of mountains, seas, and lakes, but encountering our butler, Xiao Man. She truly turned our 'vacation' into a worry-free enjoyment. The day before our check-in, Xiao Man proactively contacted us via WeChat. She meticulously asked if there were children in our party, if we needed a bed rail and a potty seat for the baby, and even confirmed our preference for a high-floor sea-view room. She even took note of our casual mention of wanting to check in early. Upon arrival at the hotel, she was already waiting in the lobby. After quickly completing the check-in process, she guided us directly to our room. Along the way, she also shared the opening hours of the pet park and the best photo times for the Cloud Pool, saving us the hassle of asking around. Entering the room felt even more heartwarming: in addition to the hotel's standard fresh welcome fruit, there was an extra children's cake on the table, cushions were thoughtfully placed next to the viewing sofa on the balcony, and even our favorite green tea bags were prepared on the traditional Chinese tea table. Throughout our stay, Xiao Man's WeChat messages were always answered instantly: when we wanted to experience the traditional Chinese-style afternoon tea, she immediately helped us reserve a waterside table at Ju Ming Yi; when the child wanted to go crabbing, she not only told us the meeting point but also specifically reminded us to bring mosquito repellent. Upon check-out, she even prepared a small panda as a parting gift. Every detail showed her attentiveness. The hotel itself is a gem – Yalong Bay Beach is just a five-minute walk away, and the balcony offers panoramic views of the bay. The Cantonese cuisine at Cai Feng Lou and the family-friendly buffet were absolutely delicious. However, what truly made the trip exceed expectations was Xiao Man's professional quality of 'anticipating needs and proactively providing service.' With a butler like her, it's no wonder even foreign tourists praise the service as 'good.' Next time we visit Yalong Bay, we will definitely choose HUALUXE again, and we hope to meet Xiao Man once more."

"the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily"

"We came from a hotel in Yalong Bay and chose this one because of its proximity to the airport, plus it was recommended on Xiaohongshu, so we booked two nights at the Hyatt Regency Tianli Bay. Since we were coming from a Yalong Bay hotel, it was inevitable to make unconscious comparisons. First, the cons: 1. We informed them beforehand that we had a child, but they hadn't prepared baby toiletries, a step stool, or slippers, nor had they installed a crib rail in advance. 2. The hotel refrigerator wasn't cooling, the sink drain was clogged (reported after check-in and later fixed), and there were mildew spots on the air conditioner vent. 3. The faucet spout was too close to the basin but too far from where you stand to wash your hands, making it easy to splash water on the counter. It's also not child-friendly, as an adult has to hold the child to wash their hands. 4. Pool floats had to be rented for a fee, which felt a bit off. 5. The location is remote, and the surrounding amenities are very basic. 6. The hotel is located directly under a flight path, so there's a lot of noise. 7. I have to say, the sand on the配套 (accompanying) beach was quite coarse. Now for the pros: 1. I proactively requested a butler, and someone contacted me quickly. I'd like to specifically commend Yuki for her excellent service, quick responses, strong execution, and even gifting a small plush toy to our child, which made them very happy. 2. We informed Yuki in advance that our child needed a nap, and not only did they arrange an early check-in, but they also upgraded us to a sea-view room. The check-in process was very fast, unlike what some online reviews mentioned about long waits. Plus, staff helped with our luggage throughout, and we had a shuttle bus ride, which made for a good experience. 3. Compared to hotels in Yalong Bay, this hotel is quieter with fewer people. The atmosphere is a bit subdued; my husband found it boring, but I thought it was quite nice. It really depends on personal preference. 4. The 6th-floor sea-view room offered a great view, especially with the balcony facing the ocean. The whole family lying on the sofa listening to the waves and watching the sunset felt wonderful. 5. The complimentary hotel double meal included in our package was surprisingly delicious, a pleasant surprise. We also tried the nearby Memeda Coconut Chicken for dinner, which was super satisfying. 6. It's indeed very close to the airport, which is convenient. Regarding the airplane noise affecting sleep, it actually felt fine; it seemed like there were fewer flights after 11 PM, so at least our family wasn't affected. Summary: Overall, we were satisfied. There's a gap compared to high-end hotels in Yalong Bay, but considering the price point, I personally think it offers great value for money. If the price is right, I might choose to stay here again for two days on our next trip to Sanya. Finally, thanks again to Yuki for her thoughtful service, which significantly enhanced our 3-day, 2-night stay. You worked hard!"

"Location: Situated in Yalong Bay, the hotel boasts its own private beach, just a few minutes' walk away. It's perfect for taking photos. Environment: The property is quite large, with well-maintained lawns and a swimming pool. Breakfast: Very abundant, featuring a wide variety of Hainan local snacks alongside both Chinese and Western dishes. A real feast for the eyes. Service: All hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall: Definitely worth a visit. We stayed at the hotel every day and never felt bored, as there were always activities organized."

"Booked a Deluxe Family Seaview Room in Zone 2 for three nights. Although the room wasn't directly facing the sea, the corner view was incredibly open. The family room, with its two connecting suites, was definitely spacious enough, though the connecting door was a bit finicky and wouldn't always close properly. The room facilities clearly showed their age, but it was still comfortable to stay in, and the basic hygiene was up to standard. The main attractions for kids – the swimming pool, children's play area, various activities, and the beach – were more than enough for our three-day stay. The room came with VIP Club afternoon tea, which practically covered dinner for the adults, making it a great value for money. We also received 5 free photo sessions with 'Paipai Hezi,' and the photographer was great at engaging the kids. They even specifically chose a lawn in Zone 1 where we could get sea views, and the photos turned out great even on a cloudy day. Time was limited this trip, so we didn't even get to try the complimentary bubble party. We'll definitely be back next time!"

"Staying at the丽禾温德姆 was pure enjoyment from start to finish. The hotel offers convenient parking. From the moment we arrived, the security guard at the entrance proactively helped with our luggage, to the warm reception at the front desk, and then to the thoughtfully arranged room with its sea-view balcony – every detail exuded quality. The pool was incredibly photogenic, and the breakfast spread was rich and delicious. A stroll through the hotel garden in the evening, followed by watching the sunset by the sea, perfectly encapsulated the relaxation of a holiday. The professional and attentive service made us feel at home. This is definitely a hidden gem in Sanya Bay."

"A big thank you to our butler, Coco! She proactively added me on WeChat before our trip to share information on hotel activities and booking procedures, and even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. The sea view was absolutely stunning, perfect for watching the sunset. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was also great. The hotel has a huge lawn in the common area, which is fantastic for kids to play on. Although the rooms are a bit older, they are impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff are incredibly meticulous. On the first day, I asked for some laundry powder and they sent up two packets. The next day, when they saw I had bought my own laundry detergent, they probably figured I'd use a lot and left me ten packets of laundry powder – so thoughtful and considerate! All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip!"
