The room was spacious. It's connected to the terminal, so you don't have to go outside to get there. There's an Airport Express train to the city center that takes about half an hour. Getting to Disneyland is also convenient: just take the S1 bus from the hotel entrance to Tung Chung Station, then the MTR; the whole trip takes about an hour. Even though it's at the airport, the sound of planes taking off and landing isn't too loud.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where the AC noise kept me up all night. Even with earplugs, it was still so loud! When I turned it off at night, it got really hot! Even on the lowest fan setting, it was still noisy! Plus, the room's soundproofing is terrible. My room was at a corner of the hallway, and almost every night, people would be laughing loudly around the corner! I stayed here two years ago and remembered the hotel's location and surroundings were great, which is why I chose it again, but the AC is just awful this time. Due to environmental reasons, no disposable toiletries are provided now, but you can buy them at the hotel or at the many large supermarkets nearby. (The picture shows the view from outside the room)

This is my go-to hotel for business trips. While the facilities are a bit dated, it's always spotlessly clean and hygienic. They even have a water purifier. The staff, from the front desk to the baggage handlers, are all incredibly warm, polite, patient, and thorough. Plus, dining and shopping options nearby are really convenient!

The lounge was pretty good. The highlights were the breakfast and the afternoon tea with milk tea, which were excellent. The happy hour drinks were also great, though the caps on the sparkling wine were a bit tricky and could easily cut your hand. I stayed here over a decade ago and had a great impression of the housekeeping staff. This time was no different; the room was cleaned very thoroughly, and they were very nice. Jocelyn Xu at the executive floor check-in was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Thumbs up! I'll definitely be back.
The location is excellent. I saw reviews saying the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, which some found inconvenient, but I thought it was perfect. It runs from 8 AM to 11 PM, going back and forth between the hotel and Ocean Park, with one stop at Wong Chuk Hang in between. There's a Southside shopping mall there with plenty of food and drink options. Plus, the south side of the island is much quieter than the north, making it a great spot for a holiday, and many locals come here.
We booked a connecting family room. After checking in, they opened the doors right away, which was very efficient. The front desk staff and other hotel employees were all very friendly and welcoming. The old stereotype of 'mainland Chinese tourists' being 'qs' (rude/low quality) is completely gone, in my opinion.
The breakfast was also good, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. The noodles they cooked were quite tasty.
The only minor drawbacks I found were that the manual flush button for the toilet in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient to reach, and there weren't enough towels. Two small hand towels weren't quite enough; an additional medium-sized one would be better. The bath towels, however, were large and very comfortable.
Overall, I highly recommend it!

I chose this hotel out of several five-star options because I was attending a concert, and the service from the staff was genuinely excellent. Everyone greeted us with a smile. We were very lucky to be upgraded to an 80-square-meter sea-view suite. The room facilities were also great, with complimentary drinks and snacks, plus a 360-degree sea view – truly fortunate! We also had free breakfast, afternoon tea, and access to the executive lounge. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Arrived quite late, and the front desk staff upgraded my room right away. The room size is genuinely very, very spacious for a hotel in Hong Kong, making my stay much more comfortable.
Hygiene: Clean
Service: All hotel staff have a good service attitude.
Location: Close to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, which is quite convenient for getting around.
Facilities: Heard there's a pool, but I was on a business trip and too rushed to check it out.
I saw on Xiaohongshu that this hotel also has a popular butterfly pastry (hudiesu). Guests get 20% off, but when I compared the price to the butterfly pastries at the Park Hotel Shanghai, I decided not to buy them.

The hotel is great, and the staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, with absolutely no discrimination towards mainland Chinese tourists. The hygiene and bedding are excellent, and the bed is quite large – perfect for two adults and one child. Right below the hotel is a spacious open-air garden where kids can play in a sandpit. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's very convenient and close to everything by taxi. Plus, there are two ferries nearby, one to Central and one to North Point, both for just ten dollars. The night view is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely choose Kerry Hotel again next time.

This hotel is the closest to Hall 1 of AsiaWorld-Expo, just a walk across the skybridge, which makes it super convenient for attending shows. The front desk check-in experience was great; all the staff were very polite, and we were able to store our luggage. Plus, when we were getting ready to queue for the show around 2 PM, we asked the front desk and they kindly let us check in early to an already cleaned room (normal check-in time is 3 PM). The room size is very generous for Hong Kong standards, allowing for a comfortable stay, and the view from the window was also lovely. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too hard—and provided a good night's sleep. There was even an air purifier in the room. The shower pressure was great, and the toiletries were pleasant to use. My only minor complaint is that the wooden panel on the bathroom cabinet looked a bit old and rickety, as if it might fall off soon.

GGuest UserIn my early years, I often collaborated with the Kerry Group. If the 80s belonged to the Ritz-Carlton and the 90s to Hilton, then Shangri-La has since reigned as a 'heaven on earth,' truly living up to its name. If you're tired of monotonous experiences, then after trying the 'local flavor old-brand royal' hotels in Hong Kong and Macau, you'll tell yourself not to challenge yourself again as you get older. These '特色皇家老牌' (characteristic royal old-brand) hotels will only transport you back to 1960s state-run guesthouses, complete with grumpy staff, rattling air conditioners, and 'flavorful' showers that fluctuate between hot and cold – much like the declining British Empire. Be kind to yourself. Stepping into the familiar Shangri-La lobby, it's a unique experience, like escaping a disaster. After returning from Victoria Peak to Hong Kong University, I had the best sleep I've ever had in Hong Kong. The service is excellent in that it doesn't add to your troubles when you're already feeling weary. Aside from some doormen who exhibit a 'Hong Kong style' of judging people, everything else is outstanding. Especially noteworthy is the polite and graceful lobby manager in red. I witnessed a small incident where she treated customers speaking Japanese and Chinese with equal respect – a definite plus. A unique environmental feature is that Hong Kong Park acts as the hotel's backyard, a luxury usually reserved for national guesthouses.

YYyy1cantHaving stayed at many Ritz-Carltons in mainland China, I have to give the highest praise to the Hong Kong Ritz-Carlton. As soon as I entered the lobby, a very handsome Asian gentleman immediately came forward to assist me. His service was impeccable, leaving a fantastic first impression even before check-in. Check-in was on the 103rd floor, and the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming. Her colleague even offered me tea to quench my thirst after a long journey. When I went downstairs for a smoke, a server was always there to light it for me. No matter where I went in the hotel, someone would personally escort me, which really sets it apart from almost all luxury hotels in mainland China in terms of service. Upon entering my room on the 106th floor, the view overlooking all of Kowloon was truly stunning. What made me particularly happy was that the hotel TV was specially set to Simplified Chinese for me, displaying my name. Many other areas also had information in Simplified Chinese with my name on it, showing great respect for mainland Chinese guests. The breakfast restaurant, also on the 103rd floor, offers a view of the entire Victoria Harbour. I was pleased that although hotel slippers aren't allowed in the breakfast area, the server thoughtfully prepared an extra pair for me to wear in the restaurant. I had a similar issue at the Conrad Hangzhou before, where the server arrogantly told me to go back to my room to change. I highly recommend the lounge bar on the 103rd floor; the ambiance is lovely, and the drinks are delicious. There's also a mall right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for luxury shopping. My only slight regret is not being able to experience the top-floor bar. Overall, this was truly a textbook example of a hotel stay – high standards, high quality. I hope the hotel continues to maintain such service and quality. See you next time, Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong!

LLee ElvinaThe hotel has been there for a few years and it was the first time we visited and it was a surprise on the upside. We booked the standard room but the room is spacious enough and nicely decorated with an open view. The hotel is located in the central part of Sai Kung and is yet able to maintain its own character with a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn’t mind trying their sea view rooms next time.
