"The hotel is clean and about 20 mins by car to the Giza pyramids. The hotel staff were all friendly especially Ramy at the front desk. They have a good sense of humor. I only stayed there for 2 nights and never used any of the facilities. I took a look at the gym and it was very small with free weights. Not as good as I expected. Lunch near the pool side was average. Food was expensive at the hotel. Breakfast was buffet and it wasn’t to my liking. I only ate eggs and some toast. Movenpick is definitely one of the better hotel brands in Egypt but it is at most a 4 star hotel in Egypt and a 3 star hotel if you compare to Asia’s hotels. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay"

"I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The reception area had nice background music, which made the atmosphere welcoming. The only thing missing was slippers in the room, which would have added to the comfort. Overall, a good experience!"

"We stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks. It is a mediocre hotel which is acceptable if one does not expect a good standard. The lobby ceiling is low which is not usual for such big hotels. The bar and the restaurants are not very attractive. The food in the Italian restaurant was of a very low standard and we returned it and skipped this meal. Our newly renovated room in the main building was well acceptable which we experienced after we moved from a very old style room in the tower. It is not far away from the airport and can set e well if one does not expect much. Annoying was that upon checkout it took 15 minutes to proof that our booking had been prepaid which is a other indication for the hotel's organisation and standard."

"Good hotel, great location. The breakfast staff in the morning were great and attentive. Always served us very well. The reception and hosuekeeping staff need to improve their attentiveness. For example, we had to call housekeeping to remind them on several occasions as they hadn't turned up when they were supposed to, and inconsistent standard of housekeeping was also an issue. Secondly, the checkin staff didn't mention that for charges to be added to the room bill, a deposit was required. We weren't aware of this and were told by restaurant staff. When we raised these complaints on checkout, they offered an apology and a free hot drink."
