"This was a horrible place. It smelled, they had the heat on, it was VERY HOT. There was cigertte holes and couldn’t sleep at all. Only there a half hour. Went down stairs and asked about the air and if there was air conditioner. There wasn’t one? What place doesn’t have air conditioner and has the heat on when it’s 70 out side? It was a horrible place and they wouldn’t give any of my money back? Who does that?"

"Alyeska Resort is one of the most beautiful places we visited in Alaska. It perfectly combines pure nature with luxury. The scenic tram ride is a must-do—the views from the top are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountains stretching as far as the eye can see. The resort itself is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, and even the small pond adds to its relaxing and charming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to unwind while experiencing Alaska’s incredible natural beauty, I highly recommend Alyeska Resort. It’s definitely worth visiting!"
The Hotel Captain Cook
"This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet and sofa felt very dirty after a long time. The next day we asked to clean the room, but the waiter evaded and said that their room was not cleaned every day. It was the first time I heard about it, and then two bath towels were sent as room service. My friend's room carpet was full of hair that had not been cleaned at all, but he lied and said it had been cleaned. The shower gel and shampoo were completely empty, and the next day there was no hot water shower. My friend called and his attitude was very perfunctory. It was a terrible experience. I don't know if it was the hotel's problem or if Ctrip lowered its requirements for the partner. Recently, the hotel experience booked from Ctrip has not been very pleasant"
