When I called the front desk to request two bottles of water, they refused, saying they could only provide two bottles for a one-night stay. Perhaps they decided to have a robot deliver them to maintain a good review. Having traveled for over a month and stayed in numerous hotels and guesthouses, this is the only place that refused to provide two extra bottles of water. The cost of afternoon tea and a late-night snack far exceeds the cost of those few cents for a bottle of water; I don't understand. The receptionist was like an expressionless robot, completely devoid of smiles and warmth. Good facilities are important, but the service needs to keep up!
