The homestay is next to the beach in the fishing village. The rooms are very large and new, very clean, and the sea view room has a super good view. Sitting on the balcony, you can stay in a daze against the sea for an afternoon. Walking along the beach, you can walk to the seaside park. Some places on the beach are fine with sand, and some places are small stones and shellfish. It is also very quiet without development, it is not convenient to eat, you can order ** takeaway. This is a niche place suitable for a quiet stay for a few days.

The apartments are new and well mantained. They are located in the same residential area with a 5 star hotel. Some of the rooms have sea view. The owner is very funny and welcoming, add him in Wechat and he provides a short free transfer from and to the railway station. The Jinyuewan beach is near, clean, very long and a good getaway for a more private/family experience without the noise and motor vehicles of the beaches of Sanya. Tip: go with sunny weather to catch a nice sunset
