"- The details of this hotel are too good! When you enter the room, you smell a faint fragrance, the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient and stable. GGuest UserThe contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

It was worthy of the price. However, the hygiene still needed to be more careful. I accidentally found a child's slipper left by the previous guest. This can be found as long as the hygiene is done carefully. I hope it can be improved in the future! We had dinner at the hotel, and the taste was also quite pleasant. The whole family said it was delicious and the portions were large. There was nothing wrong with it except that it was expensive! I also hope that it can be improved a little bit. Every time I entered the villa from the public hot spring, I was stopped by the staff and asked. I felt a little helpless. Can the door of the villa area be separated from the public hot spring, or can I use a special card to swipe in to avoid asking every time?

The decoration materials and facilities are also more elegant. The windows of the broken bridge aluminum and the bedding of the mousse can be seen. The hotel is more willing to invest in the decoration. The hotel also provides a very exquisite breakfast, and the restaurant downstairs is also very good. It is especially worth it. The hotel faucet water is Bama's local natural mineral water. Next door Bama Yu medicine soaking feet also tried, this shoulder and neck massage press is very comfortable, troubled for many times shoulder and neck pain immediately much better.

My friends and I stayed here, and the service system was indeed excellent; you could tell the management's training requirements were well-implemented.
1. Generally, vehicles need to be parked in a designated parking lot. Security will arrange a shuttle to take you to the hotel lobby. After check-in, a bellhop will escort you to your room. During your stay, if you want to go to any area, you can call the front desk or go downstairs to take a shuttle.
2. We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course).
3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not.
4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area.
5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas.
6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. On a nice day, you can sit outdoors and enjoy your meal with views of the mountains and waters of Cifu Lake, which is relaxing and pleasant.
7. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing.
Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice.
After soaking in the springs, I slept soundly that night. If I get the chance, I'd love to bring my grandma here to stay for a month. [Strong]

Behind the room is the mountain, very quiet, the other side of the room faces the street, it will be noisy. The sanitary condition of the room is OK, but the sanitary conditions of the bed are not good. It should not be a wave of people. The two beds have hair and a few stains that look unwashed, but it was very late (at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night) and I was alone. I didn't find the front desk to change the bed. Room facilities are OK, smart toilet.

GGuest UserThe exterior is grand, but the interior is a complete mess! The bed in the room is so tight that if one person turns over, everyone else feels like they're on a boat. My husband and I were practically afraid to move, worried about disturbing our child's sleep. The bedside table was so wobbly that we didn't dare put anything on it. We contacted the hotel, and they replaced the bedside table with two decent ones, but the bed issue remained unresolved because we saw the same problem in other rooms! The floors and walls were dilapidated, and the breakfast selection and quality were worse than a budget hotel.
The only redeeming quality was the smiling service from the staff, who genuinely tried to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, the hotel is just too old.
