The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

The air conditioning is powerful, and there's plenty of hot water. The environment exceeded expectations; you can see Longevity Island in the lake below the mountain, and a walk through the woods is refreshing, quiet, and scenic. The hotel staff were responsive, professional, and efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hot spring environment is beautiful and comfortable.

When staying in Bama, there are not many choices here. I am optimistic about this hotel because it is very close to Bainiaoyan Scenic Area. The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is not bad. The room is a bit damp but equipped with a dehumidifier. There is a small river outside the window and the environment is beautiful. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the restaurant has a large portion of food. I ordered two dishes and couldn't finish them all👍.

The landlord invited us to drink together, but we had dinner and we didn't eat it. I will definitely come again next time I have a chance.

The special twin bed, the room is not big, but the 2 beds are very narrow, if it is a bed, it is very good. Behind the room is the mountain, very quiet, the other side of the room faces the street, it will be noisy. The sanitary condition of the room is OK, but the sanitary conditions of the bed are not good. It should not be a wave of people. The two beds have hair and a few stains that look unwashed, but it was very late (at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night) and I was alone. I didn't find the front desk to change the bed. Room facilities are OK, smart toilet.
