Misamis Oriental Hotels with balcony

We enjoyed staying here, close to shops, restaurants etc Great views, could open door to balcony let fresh air in. Tv ,had Netflix etc Meeting the owner, was just what we liked

We booked the place because our house was flooded due to the typhoon. We stayed for 3 days. We felt safe and well accommodated.

What a lovely place to stay get away for some peace ✌️ love the tree house. Rooms are very spacious. Many restaurants. Staff very friendly. Definitely come back

The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄 Bathroom has no bidet too 😔

Walking distance to a mall and restaurants. Place is secured and clean. Internet connection is very good.

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.

Can be much better if they care about the small things like broken parts , better guest kit , towels , smell of the rooms , utensils for the kitchen , but I'm general for the price u paid , is ok

The hot water supply of the hotel is sometimes absent. I stayed here for four days and I have not been able to connect to WiFi, but the front desk staff and the security at the door are very polite and will say hello to us every time I enter and exit, and there is no disposable items in the room.
