"Thank you for the wonderful stay at Sapphire Seaview Park. Our experience was pleasant and relaxing, with several standout features that made it memorable. Room and Amenities Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh. Staff Service Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Location and Security The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night. Areas for Improvement Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided."

"Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻 However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service. Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes. Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too. Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :) Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station Enjoy your stay and hope this helps!"

"The room was spacious enough and even had a washing machine. The owner was super thoughtful and turned on the A/C before I arrived; he was also really friendly and handsome! Downstairs, there's a Chinese supermarket and restaurants, and it's quite close to the airport."

"I had a layover in Manila and stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and clean, offering good overall comfort. However, when checking out, you have to wait for them to inspect the room for any damage or missing items before you can leave. If you're catching a flight, you'll need to factor in extra time for this. This is quite different from another hotel we stayed at for our first Manila layover, where we just handed in the room card and left. Today, we had to wait at the front desk even though our taxi had already arrived. After some prodding, the front desk claimed a bathmat was missing from the room. That made us laugh because we noticed there wasn't one when we showered the night before, and we just didn't bother asking for it. In the end, we couldn't be bothered arguing and just headed straight to the airport."

"This hotel is more suited for Chinese guests. From the moment you enter the building to the room itself, from the walls to the products, everything is Chinese. Even the toothbrushes provided have Chinese characters printed on them, and all the air conditioners and TVs are domestic brands. Even the elevator lobby has two large Chinese characters, making you truly feel like you're in a building in China. The environment is decent; it looks quite spacious and bright, but many areas are a bit old and some spots aren't perfectly clean. There were mosquitoes and a couple of small flies in the room. It's very convenient to take a taxi to T1, making it suitable for layovers. The hotel lobby also offers free coffee, juice, and water."

"Had a wonderful stay at this condo! The place was clean, cozy, and very relaxing. The amenities were great and everything we needed was provided. The location was also convenient and accessible. Thank you to the host for being accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended and would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Attendants and people at the Reception Lobby were very accomodating. Pool and other amenities are included and they don’t limit your access to certain areas only. Only downside are the complimentary shampoo and soap smells like grass."

"We stayed at this property for one night, as we were passing through Manila on our way to our final destination, Dumaguete City. We had a good stay; the property has a pool, gym, and basketball court. It's also close to SM Mall of Asia. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was fine and filled us up. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a few nights."

"The air conditioning wasn't cold, and the water heater was broken, so there was no hot water. Construction started at 8 AM, with a power drill constantly drilling into the walls."
