"The hotel location is good , the room is big and clean . The reception is friendly and the bus terminal is also close and many restaurants in PITX (near the hotel ) . The bad thing is just the toilet has a bad smell coming out in the room and no tv Chanel only YouTube . Also the aircon in the room is opposite the bed and very cold and need to close it when sleeping . Overall is good will comeback again because I travel by plane to Manila and need to book the bus to my province .And what good about is the price is reasonable."

"After a 4 hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 PM. The bellman and security were very helpful and friendly, which I appreciated after being up so early. I informed the front desk that I had a reservation for that day and was told off that it was checkout time, which was understandable. After waiting about 20–30 minutes, I was called to begin the early check-in process and told I would be notified when my room was ready. As time passed, I noticed guests who arrived both before and after me, including families and other foreigners receiving their room keys. I understood that official check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I wasn’t expecting rooms to be ready, but I didn’t expect to be the last guest assisted. I started to feel disappointed when I saw a large family arrived around 1:30 PM and received their rooms before I did. By 2:50 PM, when the lobby was empty, I politely asked why our room was still not ready. After nearly three hours of waiting, I was told they were still processing my keycard. The front desk staff did offer a sincere apology when my key was finally handed over, which I appreciated. I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room felt very stuffy, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or used. The bathroom was also concerning, showing dried water marks, stains on the toilet, and signs of incomplete cleaning. Due to exhaustion, I didn’t wanna think about it. On a positive note, the location was convenient for using Grab to reach Mall of Asia (MOA) and Manila Ocean Park. Overall, while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, the long wait, poor communication, and cleanliness issues made the stay disappointing. This hotel worked for my short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it if comfort and cleanliness are priorities."

"For a space focused on convenience and views, this place delivers. The semi view of Manila Bay and the access to a pool are highlights. Practical amenities like a full kitchen, washing machine, reliable hot water, working AC, and easy garbage disposal made our stay comfortable. The main negative was a strong, bad smell originating from a small room facing the kitchen – we bought several air fresheners. Ultimately though, the combination of ample space and the unbeatable location right by Okada and shopping malls outweighed the odor issue for us. Ms. Rose is also kind and responded quickly to our needs. Good value considering the prime spot."

"Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay – A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay."

"Stayed here for one night during my trip to Manila and honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The AC worked perfectly (which is super important in Manila 😅), and the building facilities were great — there’s a swimming pool, gym, and pretty much everything you’d need. It felt very convenient and easy. The host was responsive and the whole process was smooth from check-in to check-out. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend!"

"The environment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. However, the constantly changing access codes made it difficult to figure out how to get in, and we had to wait a long time. I suggest having someone directly available to greet guests and ensure everything is sorted for check-in before leaving, as this is quite troublesome for foreigners. Thank you!"

"Thank you for the wonderful stay at Sapphire Seaview Park. Our experience was pleasant and relaxing, with several standout features that made it memorable. Room and Amenities Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh. Staff Service Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Location and Security The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night. Areas for Improvement Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided."

"Booking via Trip.com is very reliable. Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at. If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend."
