"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope. Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink. Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too. Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable. Room: The room was clean and spacious with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided. Highly recommended if you prefer a relaxing accommodation. enjoyed my stay here"

"The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with this particular room type also featuring a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, offering a wide variety of dishes, though the selection remained largely the same day after day. "Just far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport. We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!! The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it. Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room. I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend"

"中心部からは少し離れていますが歩いて10分もすれば観光スポットに着きますし、少し離れているお陰で周囲はとても静かで落ち着いています。地元の方で賑わうカフェやレストランも近くにあり良い環境です。Boltが安いので歩きたくない時はBoltに乗れば便利です。部屋はこじんまりしていますが、最低限のものは揃っており清潔に保たれています。2段ベッドの部屋でしたが、荷物を置くスペースが少ないのでここに2人で滞在するのは少し狭いかなと思います。1人だったので快適に過ごせました。エレベーターはなく階段のみなので、大きな荷物がある場合は注意して下さい。総じておすすめです。"

"Nice flat - clean, the bed could be a little bigger (and I thought the washing machine would be per flat but that’s my mistake) but overall really enjoyable and cannot recommend enough. They’ve been really efficient & helpful."
