Very Good
GGuest UserGreat location and good value for the money. The staff are friendly. The room layout and furniture are a bit outdated. The newly renovated bathroom is great. However, the parking fee ($45+tax per day) is quite expensive.
AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserConsidering the price abroad, hotels are usually quite standard, and this one was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. We had two nights with a beautiful waterfall view and one night overlooking the city. The waterfall itself was absolutely stunning. I'd recommend at least a two-night stay to truly soak it all in at a leisurely pace.
Aapp1234It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right in front of Clifton Hill and you can walk to Niagara in just 8 minutes. The American side is close. The water pressure is not well controlled and the water splashes out of the bathtub. I thought it would be noisy because Clifton Hill was nearby, but I can't hear you in the room.
JJazzuniverseJust a short walk from the waterfall and near the casino. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants but few supermarkets. Overall, it’s worth the price — the breakfast is good, and the staff provided good service.
AAnonymous UserThe location is good with a WeGO bus stop in front of the hotel. Many places are walkable. The room service is good too. But you have to pay extra for parking.
GGuest UserFacilities: Ordinary hotel facilities, excellent location, 5 minutes walk to see the horseshoe waterfall in the morning, there are many restaurants downstairs and Starbucks
Hygienic: The room is a bit smelly, it may be close to the big waterfall, it is very humid, but fortunately, it will stay for one night.
Service: It's OK, I received about 70 yuan for environmental protection, I didn't hear it clearly.
The price is right, the price is high, the parking is 35 Canadian dollars, you can go to the nearby parking lot, 10 knives can be, the bargain is no problem, the Indians have no law. You can stop at the door for 15 minutes to check in
GGuest UserThe room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again
