Our room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent waterfall; at night, we enjoyed the dazzling fireworks display!! The suite's design, from the bed to the sofa and even the bathtub, was extra-large, providing a spacious feel. It's an ideal stay for families and definitely worth recommending! 👍👍"

"I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Holiday Inn Niagara Falls is a great value-for-money hotel. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are very clean. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and they offer free parking, which is a huge plus. There are plenty of dining options just a 2 to 3-minute walk away in the neighboring hotels! It is only an 8 to 10-minute walk to the falls. This hotel is an excellent choice in the Niagara Falls area!”"

"I chose this hotel because it was budget-friendly and located close to where I needed to be. Before booking, I visited the property to ask about parking. I was told that parking is free only for direct bookings; otherwise, third-party platforms (like Expedia or Trip.com) incur a $20 daily fee. Since I found $20 too expensive, I chose to park my car elsewhere. Regarding the room, the beds were very comfortable, the area was quiet and peaceful, and the internet connection was strong. However, there were notable issues with room preparation. When we checked in, the trash can hadn't been emptied from the previous guests, and the bathroom lacked hand soap and shampoo, which we had to request from the reception. Additionally, there was a slight odor in the room, and the window was structurally blocked from opening. To get fresh air, I had to leave the door open, which unfortunately let flies inside. I also had high hopes for the Smart TV to watch the World Cup, but it ran on a highly restricted Roku system that didn't even have a functioning web browser, making it impossible to perform a simple search for the matches. As for breakfast, it is a standard continental breakfast. The schedule stated it starts at 6:00 AM, but it wasn't ready until around 6:15–6:30 AM (on the bright side, they left the food out a bit past 9:00 AM until it ran out). My main concern is the capacity: this hotel looks to have over 70 rooms, meaning it could easily host 140–150 guests, yet the breakfast room is tiny. It is impossible for everyone to fit, so I had to make a plate and eat at the outdoor tables. Overall, if you are looking for a highly recommended place, this might not be it. But if you are on a budget, only need a comfortable place to sleep, and don't mind overlooking these kinds of issues, it gets the job done for the price."
