"The hotel is very close to the Grand Falls, so the location is excellent. Although the facilities aren't brand new, it's clean and the environment is top-notch. There's free coffee in the lobby, and the service is warm and attentive."

"Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were really good! Parking is uber expensive on site $40.00 - but there's parking right across the street and much cheaper. I got overnight parking and in/out access for only $10.00. the pool was a great thing to have and the room did not smell at all like chlorine. AC worked well in the room! Was a great location to the strip - we just drove to the other end of the parking lot and left the car there and walked down the hill to the falls. Really nice venue and a great location."

"The hotel is on excellent spot, we stayed in room 1803 and the water falls view was amazing, we couldn’t expect any better,room didn’t have kettle or Microwave or any complimentary water, though it’s got coffee maker . Bags storage helpers were really helpful, we only stayed for a night ,We would definitely recommend anyone for hire floor with falls view, though price was quite high due to pick season."

"Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was large and clean. Very impressed with the level of service. We needed a bath mat and they brought us one as soon as we asked. The pool was pretty great. The hotel is walking distance to Cliffton Hill and the Falls. I've been to Niagara Falls many time and this is the hotel I will go back to next time."

"Everything else was great, but I'm giving the facilities a 1-star because they were so bad. I booked a room with a Canadian Falls view, and since that room type had just been renovated, the smell of new decor was incredibly strong and suffocating. I switched rooms, but it was the same problem. Hotel windows in the US are sealed shut, so there's no way to open them for ventilation; you can only rely on the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing. For your health, I strongly advise against staying at the Hilton, at least for the next five or six years."

"The location is excellent. We booked a room with a waterfall view, and we could see the waterfall right from our room. Actually, even rooms without a direct waterfall view can still enjoy it from the hotel's elevator viewing platform, which is great. Perhaps on the day we checked in, several large tour groups arrived, making the hotel lobby chaotic. We waited a long time for the elevator. We had breakfast vouchers included with our room, but they expired before we could use them, and the restaurant front desk wouldn't refund them, nor would Ctrip. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the Starbucks downstairs had rather poor service. After buying food and drinks, I asked for a cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for it. The front desk said it was free, but I just gave up on it. I don't know if they provide different services to different guests, but I wasn't impressed. I kicked the foot of the bed with my slippers multiple times, and it hurt like crazy. This is a significant design flaw, especially with children around, it could cause serious injury. The staff, however, were excellent. The lock on my luggage broke, and a maintenance guy found tools to fix it, which was fantastic! 👍"

"I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it. However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider."
