Very Good
RRaaaaaiI was very satisfied with this very beautiful hotel. It is a little far from the center, but it is enough for the price with breakfast included. The hotel staff were very kind and nice. It is a must-stay when you go to Niagara Falls. The night illumination was also beautiful.
HHMUI couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Ate Lily is the best and she were incredibly accommodating and heartwarming. Her kindness made me feel so welcome, and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
The inn is ideally located, just a short walk from Niagara City Cruises and all the major attractions. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls – it offers excellent value, a convenient location, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
GGuest UserWe had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.
MMissNot the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:
GGuest UserThe guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us.
GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
GGuest UserIt took about 20 minutes to walk to Niagara Falls. There is a pizza shop on the premises so we had dinner there! The safety was not bad! I used Uber from the airport!
EeshMagThe front desk staff was welcoming. Good value for a short stay. Basic breakfast provided. However, we were surprised by additional parking charges with tax, which could have been waived. There were a few missing amenities such as an iron and ironing board, and the pool was not ready for use during our stay. Noticed a strong odor upon entering room also when the AC was turned on—possibly due to nearby smoking areas. Would not recommend for families with young children or non-smokers.
