I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.

As a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

KGAJAWe booked Vittoria Hotel & Suites through Trip.com for our family trip to Niagara Falls to celebrate a Cornell University graduation — and it was a wonderful choice! I really love the Trip.com app for making the booking process so easy. The location is unbeatable, parking was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious — perfect for our whole family. Everything was spotlessly clean and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. Our only small issue was that the sofa bed was missing its sheet cover, but overall it did not take away from our great experience. Highly recommend for families visiting Niagara Falls — and be sure to book through Trip.com!

Elaine00We had spent two nights in the hotel with my family this time. The front desk was not too friendly when we first checked in, however the other staff in the front desk was very helpful when we asked about directions when we checked out the last day. The room was ok clean however we had found a swimsuit pricetag underneath the bedsheet. There are no coffee, no water bottles, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. Only decaf coffee and tea bags were there. We had enjoyed their swimming pool and hot tub downstairs. We also had dinner in the Keg restaurant downstairs. Overall, location is good, we were hoping if they could provide free parking but they charged around $28 daily.

Visitor1Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it.
However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider.

It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.

Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.

Guest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

The front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities meet the requirements for tourism and leisure, and the location is excellent. There are shuttle buses at the door to various attractions in the Niagara Falls area, and it also provides direct access to the bus station connecting to downtown Toronto, making it an ideal choice for your travel itinerary.

Hello
The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good.
The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything.
The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
