I usually stay at CitiGO hotels whenever I travel to different cities because they offer self-service laundry, and I like to wash my clothes daily. This particular CitiGO is the best I've ever stayed at, not just for its facilities but also for its service. For laundry, all I had to do was hang my clothes outside the door, and they were washed, dried, and returned to my room. This saved me from constantly having to go back and forth or keeping an eye on the washing machine. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making even a frequent hotel guest like me feel so welcome. And I definitely have to praise the adorable robot that delivered food right to my room door – these are services I haven't encountered at other CitiGOs. Right before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. First impression of the hotel is ok. Location is not good. In a quite industrial area of Qishi. So we relied on the hotel for our entertainment. Hotel owner was very nice and polite. Staff need better training. Room was spacious and comfortable with a good bed. Tv was unable to load certain movies. No pay option was available. Bath in the room was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel for guests doing business in the area as it is the best hotel around that area. But not good for a weekend escape.

The management is very accommodating, and the air quality is excellent. The service attitude is lovely. In the evenings, after dinner, you can take a pleasant stroll around the hotel, which is very relaxing. It's an ideal environment for both leisure travel and business trips.
