Romantic Hotels in Dongguan

"This was my first time staying at Mousse, and before checking in, I'd read reviews on several platforms, including negative ones. I even called the front desk beforehand to inquire about the issues mentioned in those bad reviews. After receiving patient replies, I still felt confident in choosing Mousse. On the 25th, around 2 PM, Manager Dou showed me to my room. Her service attitude was surprisingly excellent, completely different from what the negative reviews suggested. Service attitude and quality are very important to me. She was patient, kind, and flexible. Manager Dou elaborately responded to everything we discussed. For example, when I mentioned needing good lighting, she said I could call the front desk if I needed more lights. I was also given a free upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. I saw other room types too, and they all looked great, offering excellent value for money. The photos below are my actual shots, though I'm not sure why I couldn't upload live photos, and they turned out a bit blurry. To show my appreciation for the hotel's service, this is my first time writing an honest, positive review and taking pictures for it. The hotel was very quiet at night, and every time I ordered takeout, the robot delivered it quickly, which was super convenient 👍. I will definitely choose Mousse again when I come back to Dongguan."

"When I booked the hotel, I saw a 'hotel + roast goose rice vermicelli' package and immediately snapped it up. The roast goose restaurant included in the package is super close to the hotel, about a 3-minute walk – Dongguan roast goose is famous, and this is the main branch, so it was perfect for tasting an authentic local flavor. During my stay, I received vouchers that I could use at the restaurant. It's really convenient whether you're on a business trip or traveling with friends, as it takes care of both accommodation and dining in one go. Plus, the rooms, newly renovated this year, are very spacious with bright windows and excellent natural light."

"It looks like a warehouse on the outside and a clock hotel on the inside. I was a little disappointed because it had rated it very high before! It was said that it would be upgraded, but... the room card could not be used to open the room at first. When I went back to the front desk, she tried many times and said that it was broken and she could only change the room. The room is small, but everything is complete. As for the windows, they were in tatters and there was nothing to see. I asked for a non-smoking room, but I saw a big ashtray and smelled of cigarette smoke all night. For breakfast, there is actually soy milk and corn juice. Although it is a bit watery, it is okay. My husband drank the coffee and said it was good."
